My only thing, is the adult signature fee of 7 dollars. I wish that it was optional. While I understand that you don't want a minor getting ahold of the order, I just wish we had an option. I also want to get my order even if no one is at the house. This is the main reason I am concerned. Also, I spent 25.00 on the order, and by the time I hit purchase, it was 43.00! Because of the 7.00 charge, along with 5.00 for shipping, along with tax. While there is nothing that we can do about tax, I wish that the mail was faster, say priority mail which is 2 to 3 days max, rather than 5.00 for many more days?
Other than that, once I get the right juice, I will do bigger orders, so it doesn't seem like much as far as fees. I do love the security aspect, and tracking information. I also have heard of Element Vape for a while now, so I felt good about the selections that you have, along with the reputation. I look forward to my first order, in fact, I can hardly wait!

Ease of ordering and having selections readily available.

Buying vape products from Element Vape is always a smooth and straightforward experience. I also appreciate the rewards program—earning points with each purchase and being able to apply them to future orders is a nice perk.

One thing I don’t love is the site’s navigation behavior. When scrolling down a page, the header and menu bar pop back into view and cover part of the content, which forces you to scroll further just to see what you were trying to read. It makes browsing feel a bit clunky.

I will unfortunately not be ordering from them any longer. They may offer good pricing but if the courier they have chosen to partner with doesn't actually send the items ordered what good is it to attempt to order. Very disappointing and I can not give them my business anymore. Maybe if they were to find a new courier that actually does their job I may come back.

This online vape supply vendor used to be the only one I've used for years. And then randomly they started screwing up all my orders. I typically would order like 500 USD worth of shit at a time. The shipping started to take longer (for a domestic package I've waited up to 3 weeks for) which is not always in their control, but it is when my order is setting unfulfilled for 2 weeks. And then I started missing products from orders. Every order without fail would be missing at least 1 bottle of juice. One time I was missing 4 bottles of juice. I'd contact customer service explaining the situation, I'd provide as much evidence as reasonably possible and if they DID EVER GET BACK TO ME (they often would just ignore me) they would just confuse me and or seem to not understand the situation... idk if that's intentional or something, but I'vr since moved onto other vendors. Check out Reddit and you'll find some really, really good vendors who are super friendly and kind and prompt. They are ship WAAAAY faster and you won't have to worry about half your order missing... and if it is, some websites even have a live chat with an ACTUAL ENGLISH-SPEAKING PERSON.

Elementvape used to be the GOAT... now they're so bad, expensive, and slow. Idk why ANYBODY would want to use their services over literally anybody else.

The delivery was excellent on the first attempt. There was no one home so you came back and made a second attempt I was able to get the product. Everything was wrapped perfectly. Everything turned out great.

Ordered a "Dimension 12 5G disposable THC-P" vape and the thing wouldn't even turn on after pressing the button 5 times in a row multiple times, and leaving it charging. There also wasn't even any airflow that came out of it at all if you tried to drag on it. This was my first time giving this company a chance, and it will most certainly be my last. I don't really know what I was expecting with sketchy sites like this to be honest...

Ordered 2 vapes that were due to arrive on 3/7 they were shipped sent to a last mile called Speedx and its been a nightmare since then they supposedly tried delivering it twice both time i was home all day and it was flagged for needing a signature and now since the 17th has been in limbo for a parcel issue. I WANT TO MAKE PERFECTLY CLEAR I UNDERSTAND ELEMENT IS NOT DIRECTLY INVOLVED WITH THE DELIVERY. But they did choose to use this carrier even though they have a trust pilot score on less than 1. Soooo they kind of do. I have been trying to get in touch with anyone at all for either company and have gotten nothing from Speedx and a rather rude email from Element basically saying not our problem. Maybe if that would have took the time to look into this issue we wouldnt be at a point where neither myself or anyone I know will be ordering from Element ever again. Ever. You're only as good as the company you keep and contracting with speedx killed and will continue to kill the amount of buisness and ultimately their reputation as well.

I ordered a box mod February 27, 2026 and it is now March 25, 2026 almost a whole month later and I still haven't gotten my vape. They should use a known shipping method instead of some sketchy looking site that doesn't even give you information on where your product is. I want a refund. I ended up going to the gas station and buying a vape🙄 *UPDATE* It is now April 8th and I did receive my order. I wouldn't order from Element Vape. Most of their reviews seem fabricated to me, and they have a lot of complaints about refusing the included warranty, orders not being fulfilled due to suspected fraud, etc.
