POOR QUALITY/EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE
My carts were delivered on 4/3/26 and the Blue Godfather OG cart was literally stuck inside the package it was in, the tip of the cart wasn’t fully sealed and it was leaking and was completely stuck to the package. I immediately contact Element Vape with pictures of the cart leaking and I get a response on how to troubleshoot and clean with alcohol wipes and whatever else which thanks captain obvious I know these things but this cart was leaking before it arrived to me. This cart continued to leak after cleaning it per the “troubleshooting tips” and oil was coming out through the mouthpiece until there was almost nothing left. My 2nd cart, the Aurora Indica began to leak oil through the mouthpiece as well and it leaked from the bottom of the cart into my pen and it ruined my pen causing it to malfunction and I have to buy a new pen. I again contact Element Vape with pictures and video proof that these carts are defective. It was a complete waste of money and this company had the nerve to offer me a $13 credit for my “troubles”. This is probably some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced and I wouldn’t recommend anyone shop with them. If I could include the email exchanges about all of these issues beginning the day of delivery and my photos and video in this post I gladly would so that other people can avoid this.

1★ – Poor communication and confusing order processing
I placed an order with Element Vape on March 6th for a VOOPOO VMate Max device. After waiting several days, on March 9th I received an email saying my order had shipped. Later that same evening, I received another email stating that the item in my order was actually unavailable.
This was extremely confusing and frustrating. If the item was out of stock, the order should never have been marked as shipped in the first place.
The email also asked me to select another option, but it did not list any available alternatives to choose from, making it impossible to actually select a replacement.
After this experience I requested that the order be canceled and refunded. The whole situation shows poor communication between their inventory system and order fulfillment.
Very disappointing experience overall.
Goobers sent a broken vape
Goobers sent a broken vape, also sent through their piss poor shipping company, who delivered my product to the wrong address and didnt obtain signature. Made my complaint, Element sends a condescending response with such recommendations as, charge it… Then asks for a video. At a 35$ price point they know, most of us, will eat it. Why wouldnt their first response be: sorry! We are sending out a replacement right away? So, they are banking on, folks like us not bothering to jump threw their mistrust of our issues with the crap they ship. My vape, seemed like it had been previously demo’d. So, buyer beware, and be ready to NOT get what you paid for in a timely or customer service oriented way. F element

It has taken forever to get to me
It has taken forever to get to me. I ordered almost $80 in Vape juice it was supposed to be delivered March 9th March 7th I get an email that said it had been sent to my local post office then sent back 2 hours away from where I live, and now it's not even letting me know when my package is supposed to be delivered.
Charged extra for nothing
I find it suspicious when I was charged an extra fee because a signature is required. Not the first time I've had that situation, but why charge me that fee when the package was just dropped on the porch.

I work at a vape shop. Sometimes there are items I cannot get my hands on locally. I always recommend elementvape.com to customers and I use them for myself as well. The turn around rate is quick. Even though you have to sign for the package, it's not an outrageous shipping cost. Prices are fair, and they sell quality products. I order Coastal Clouds juice for my parents and sometimes like shop around and find new flavors of juice to try.

As a med cannabis user, my experience of EV has been one with a company that's responsive and efficient. There was an apparent speed bump with placing my last order. I bitched; but I didn't need to also moan. The response was prompt, I was heard; because of that, I placed the order. Best part: I really need my order to arrive today; big time. Just to see when it'll arrive, not having a clue other than an estimate, I clicked on the Direct Tracking link in my EV email, and saw that it left the final stop 45 minutes before I clicked the link, and will be in my hands in a few hours from now. This was a reorder; there will certainly me more!

Ordering was smooth, but what I'm concerned I did 2 order 1 with I pay 8 dollars for fast delivery and it not true I have not received it. The other one was regular delivery which I don't might, but if you are going to shard me 8 dollars for fast delivery I expect the company to keep as promise I am disappointed that they didn't. A little irritated that it takes five days to get something mailed to me. Especially when it’s only two hours from my house and supposedly it was mailed off on a Monday and it doesn’t get to me until Thursday.

Great prices! Element vape has cheaper prices than anyone. If you know another website that has cheaper prices, let me know cause that’s my new site but element vape holds it down with all the best new products at the cheapest price! And expedited shipping says 2-5 days but it’s usually only 3-4 days excluding sunday as a day.
