poco affidabile

Ho comperato un decoder satellitare, subito ho constatato che funzionava a momenti, l'ho comunicato e mi hanno risposto di testarlo bene che comunque avrebbero lasciato aperta la pratica di guasto. Allorché si è rotto completamente, mi hanno mandato un modulo da compilare essendo in garanzia, ma di rivolgermi alla assistenza di fabbrica con spese di spedizione a mio carico.
Ho scritto alla elettrotop, senza risposta.
p.s. dall'assistenza aspetto ancora la risposta!

serietà e affidabilità!!!

Finalmente un'azienda seria!!! Se dovessi averne bisogno in futuro mi rivolgerò sicuramente e solamente alla Elettrotop.
A parte la velocità di spedizione e la qualità perfetta della merce ricevuta, è da apprezzare il fatto che dopo aver effettuato il pagamento con carta di credito, richiedano fax con fotocopia documento al fine di scongiurare un uso fraudolento della carta di credito del cliente.
In poche parole...perfetto!!!
