Ma quale truffa!!! Ha acquistato il prodotto 2 giorni fa. Non abbiamo ancora effettuato la spedizione perchè stiamo attendendo il riassortimento. Dei ritardi possono capitare. Su altri siti abbiamo oltre 100000 recensioni positive. Ma un minimo di pazienza??? Le abbiamo anche risposto al Ticket aperto sul nostro sito e non avendo ricevuto riscontro le abbiamo emesso il rimborso.
Il problema è questo sito pessimo che vi permette di diffamare le aziende senza un minimo di controllo!!!

venditori peggio del peggio

venditori peggio del peggio, sono cafoni, ladri, ti insultano e ti incolpano, non ti rimborsano neanche se ai ragione. poi scrivono che e normale che il cliente si arrabbia. mai comprare da questi.

PESSIMI...

PESSIMI. Ho ordinato ed acquistato un phon da 3000watt e mi hanno spedito un prodotto diverso, molto meno potente e con caratteristiche totalmente differenti. Ho scritto subito a loro per capire se ci fosse stato un disguido e mi hanno risposto facendomi capire che mi dovevo accontentare del prodotto che mi hanno spedito senza replicare. Non vogliono farmi neanche il reso. Ma che modi sono? Per niente professionali. Mai più acquisterò da questo negozio.

Servizio perfetto!

Ho comprato un paio di mesi fa un tablet android, tutto ok, spedizione velocissima (il giorno dopo era a casa mia).
Ho avuto oggi un problema e mi hanno fornito il nuovo firmware per email in 5 minuti.
Molto disponibili ed efficienti.
