SCAM !!! Can’t believe it total scums don’t bother to buy it

Do not buy from this site! It’s a scam! Ordered watches from this company in December and they never came. When I emailed, they said that they were still on the way. After reaching out for the fifth time, I said that I wanted new watches to be shipped or money back. No response.

Items never arrived after 4 months sending emails every week and no response!!
Big scam ..stay awayy.

Order did not arrive.

Ordered in December now it’s almost May.

They have looted and and not delivering watches . can any one tell me how to get refund

Still waiting for my watch from them that was ordered in December. After seeing these reviews, I’m calling my credit card company to get my money back. I could sue but maybe this is a lesson learned. If it’s too good to be true then it probably is!

Horrible… total scam.. never received my order.. I order 2 watches from them for Christmas 2024.. we are now in April 2025 and have not gotten my order..

What a scam, I truly wish I had seen these reviews before placing an order and wasting my money. I unfortunately intrusted this "Fake Company" with an order on 28/12/24 which they have failed to deliver . I have attempted to contact them 4 times , I have received one auto response by way of reply. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY stay away from these scams.

DON'T DO IT, IT'S A SCAM. It's been over a month since my order "shipped" and no response and mysteriously the website no longer works nor does both email addresses to reach them at support at elevious.com nor the shop one!!!!

Nothing better than a scam - Ordered watches for Christmas and nothing has been received as we head into March - They tell me they are looking into a shipping issue when they never shipped the product to begin with.

If I could give lower than 1 star I would. I am wasting my time even writing this review, only doing so to prevent someone else going through this stressful experience. My wife ordered 2 watches on 7th Dec 2024 for sons Christmas present and yes still waiting. Numerous emails to this S..t company who have answered 2 out off at least 15 emails. Stay away from these leeches spread the word. Now trying legal route. Anyone else trying this route let me know.

Watches not received after 6 weeks and not replying to emails.

Product never arrived

I can’t give lower than 1 star otherwise i would.
I can’t comment on the quality either as I’m still waiting for my watches.
Ordered on 30th November and we are now almost 3 months and I’m still waiting!!!. No communication nothing!!
Spend your money elsewhere???

Couldn’t give me any information and it’s been over 3 months now, absolutely disgusting how they are getting away with this. Don’t bother wasting your time or money with this joke of a company

My son has placed an order and looking at the other reviews don’t think anything is going to happen about any delivery dates

scam it’s been 7 months yet no proper response from the team. haven't gotten my 2 watches. The only reply you will ever get to your emails is a Ai generated response which is resent no matter how many times u try to contact customer support.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY NEVER HAVE ANY ANSWERS. I HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER 6 WEEKS FOR MY WATCH. STAY AWAY

Another China Scam.
Been over 2 months with no delivery, terrible communication and lies from the team.
Company based in Shenzhen so should have known. Dont waste your money and time
