I have been waiting for a response from your customer service for a month, but I still haven't received one. Your customer service is awful. Additionally, you promised a gift but never sent it, which is false advertising.

Ordered product online, waited over four weeks for delivery. Had to contact them three times to get a response. They told me the item would be despatched again. After two weeks, contacted them again to be told that the item HADN'T been despatched again and won't be despatched AT ALL! Won't use again
Delivery times are absolutely dreadful. 6-10 days standard shipping and no option for a quicker delivery. According to the site Covid is also affecting delivery times. In future I will make sure to buy products from a retailer that offers better delivery.
One of the worse purchase I’ve ever made. The lip stain sucks it doesn’t come out it made my lips look like I had a waterproof lipstick and didn’t remove it for 3 days it was awful and the under eye powder sucks too it made my skin look so dry and none of the lipglosses are the same color as the pictures and I’m soooooo disappointed because I bought so much makeup and I’m so mad nothing is as it is on the website! I got a skin care scrub and it came out so weird and hard like a frozen toothpaste I’m seriously disappointed
Good products, bad customer service.
I accidentally ordered the wrong shade foundation .. several shades too dark, I asked how I could exchange the item for the correct shade and they refused because their products are low in cost. Absolutely absurd. This has now made me very dubious and no longer want to purchase their products.
Great quality products that are affordable and have good pigments. Delivery was basically overnight. Unreserved 5 stars.
