Poor quality shoe that looked much better online - looked to have a sturdy clasp but in reality it’s just a piece of white elastic. Super tacky.

My own fault, should have known the products would be rubbish for the price. The photos don't match the quality. It's a "posh" version of Temu!..

If I could put zero stars I would - don’t do it!!
If I could put zero stars I would - complete scam from product to business. Not Australian despite appearing so. Images stolen of rip off products. “Embroided hoodie” was in fact printed rip off on awful plastic fabric - nothing like a hoodie as advertised. Attempted to return to refund on basis of falsely advertising “embroidery” - was advised product is correct and can return - to China. At half of the product cost for postage I’ll donate locally - they state after the return it will be donated but given it must also be as new, tags, no signs of wear I have no doubt they’ll on sell to some naive person for a ridiculous price. I often buy from Shein, Temu, Aliexpress and have no issues when I know what to expect but this is misleading and a scam. Website states company is REGISTERED in the Netherlands but products are shipped from and returned to China.
Awful Quality - Shein knockoff
I ordered in July, only received 12th September... Tracking said it came from China - yet they advertise they are an Australian brand. The cut is terrible - two balloons off the hips with extreme tightness around the female area that it cuts me in two. Sewing string loose and visually and hanging out of seams in places. Will never wear this.
Should have researched
Should have researched! I usually do but I thought they were so cute. Well, buyer beware, they are not what you bought. Fabric is cheap. Pour stitching. The print is pour. Everything about the product is badly represented.
Still waiting for it all to arrive before trying to get a refund but I doubt I will be able to get one after reading all the bad reviews. UGGG.

I should've searched for reviews before…
I should've searched for reviews before the purchase because I absolutely agree with the others here...scam is exactly how I felt. They bait and switch you, have hidden undisclosed fees and do not refund you in full when you're dissatisfied and return the items. Who keeps a percentage as administrative fee for a return? Everything about this is scam. It's unheard of what I experienced with them. Incredulous. Never use them, they should be reported and closed for deceptive practices.

Took many emails, weeks and patience to get a refund - like drawing hen's teeth but persistence paid off eventually! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

100% scam
Everything is very cheap and horribly made will all be going in the bin
BUYER BEWARE
If only there was an option to score 0 stars... There's clearly a reason why Elise-Mimosa are closing their doors - because EVERYTHING from the DREADFUL QUYALTIY of their clothing, LACK of TIMELINESS with shipping and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE is disgusting. The only things they excel at is deceitfulness and taking your money. I wish I'd done a more thorough review before buying, but it was too late and there was no way to cancel or get my money back. Oh well, I guess I can wear my expensive rags for gardening or washing the car...
SCAM SCAM SCAM
Only because I can't score a 0. Should have been more thorough in checking reviews - I tried to cancel the order even before it was sent be but got the runaround and was told I could just return if after delivery. Finally received item, wrong size , shit quality and not as advertise, again requested return details to receive a refund. Get an email stating they are sorry blah, blah and have send another replacement item due to size issue - another email sent to request a refund not a replacement... Multiple email followed until finally I get return approved and return address - to "Albania"!! As per another review here delivery cost exceeds $60 AUD and ensure it is not worth returning the product. Not sure what happened to the replacement item they supposedly sent but it show their products have no worth if they are send 2 to save refunding 1. This is just a scam to send crap products, sold at quality item prices with a BS return policy so they never need to refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Also Shopify is no good as a contact to report SCAM sites either.
DO NOT PURCHASE
Paid an amount that would have expected quality from… 2 pairs of shoes for over $150… would have had better quality fromSHEIN… what a shame! I was an idiot!
Absolute scam
Absolute scam. The products look nothing like what’s advertised on their website — cheap quality and totally misleading. To make it worse, they expect you to spend over $60 returning the item, and then provide a dodgy return address so the parcel gets lost. It’s clear they profit off returns just to resell the same junk. Total robbery. Avoid at all costs.

This company has a very poor costumer…
This company has a very poor costumer service. They order the items from China and sell it under the name of Dublin. They quality is very poor compare to what they show online. I ordered a hair dryer to take it as a gift to a friend in another country. I paid double the price just because I thought they are in Dublin and they will deliver it in few days. Unfortunately my order arrived after 20 days from China and I missed the opportunity. When I asked for compensation they offered me 30% refund or alternate to post it to China and pay a huge amount.
I even did not accept this refund but they already issued the 40% and closed the case. BE ALERT AND DONT BUY FROM THEM.
I wish there was a No Star option. SCAMMERs
I wish there was a No Star option. Stay away from this scam company. Advertised an item on line as “Under Armour” pants…when the order confirmation arrived it was for “Rudy” pants which I never heard of. Immediately contacted the “company” with several emails to cancel the order as no option on line to cancel….no reply for two days…after which I received a “sorry your order is in transit” I checked by tracking my order and it was not in transit. Several more emails asking them not to ship. Received a reply asking me to wait and see when my order arrives…I have repeatedly told them I do not want the order and I have asked for the return details of which there are none. I am beginning the process of a bank charge back. Do not use these scammers and part with your money
Awful company
Awful company. Got 3 bras for price of 2 for over €45. Wanted me to keep them and they’d give me a 40% discount on something else. Then wanted me to keep them and give me 30% refund which they did even though I said I didn’t accept it. Now they want me to post them to China though there’s a portlaoise address on envelope. Scumbags of highest sort. Be warned.
