Do not use these dreadful people

If you want a recommendation on Elite it would be 'do not use them' and if I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered an expensive helical staircase from them in June 2023 with an estimated timescale of 11 weeks. It was broadly finished in October 2024, some 70 weeks later. They were incompetent from start to 'finish', delayed the rest of my building project significantly and caused thousands of pounds of damage to my house. I could go on, but you have my strong recommendation.
