Very Quick Response, Payout within 24hrs. Just what a trader requires.

I haven’t had any issues with the company. They have changed within the past year or so. I’m not thrilled with some of the changes, but still overall satisfied.

Having been a client for over a year and managing a $150K funded account, I used to highly recommend this platform. However, the new 45-calendar-day deadline to reach the safety net is unrealistic and forces aggressive trading. I am very disappointed with this shift in policy.

Great company. Very fair eval and funded account process. AS OF NOW, EVERYTHING IS GOING WELL. I HAVE PASSED THE EVALUATION AND SMOOTHLY MOVED TO THE FUNDED ACCOUNT. The DASHBOARD is AMAZING TOO!! Been here forever, and they try to be a fair firm. Thank you.

I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience with Funded Trading Plus (ETF). I provided clear, undeniable proof that I was not using a trade copier, yet their support team completely ignored the evidence and wrongfully accused me of using one simply because I happen to own the software.
Having a tool in your possession is not proof of violation, but actual execution data is—and my data clearly showed no copier was in use. Instead of reviewing the facts objectively, they chose to stick to an unfounded claim and penalize me. If you are looking for a prop firm that respects its traders and handles investigations fairly, look elsewhere. This is completely unacceptable.

The company is transparent with any changes and all the rules for the accounts are listed in each individual package. The communication and timely responses are top notch with their support group.

I joined through the "Beat the Beast" challenge and finally secured my first payout. I had plenty of questions; I managed to resolve 80% of them using the site's built-in AI and the rest via email support.
I met the requirements in six trading sessions, and my payout has already been approved and is awaiting disbursement—that phase took just one business day. So far, I’m really enjoying the prop firm.

I am extremely surprised and disappointed by Elite Trader's decision to deny my second payout.

This is my personal account, and I executed every single trade myself. At no point has anyone else had access to or operated my account.

What makes this decision even more confusing is that my **first payout was approved without any issues**. I traded the exact same way for my second payout as I did for my first. There were no changes to my trading style, account access, devices, or trading process. If my trading was considered valid for the first payout, I cannot understand why the second payout was suddenly denied.

The reason provided—that my account was operated by more than one individual—is simply not true. If Elite Trader has evidence to support such a serious allegation, they should provide it. Making accusations without proof is unacceptable, especially when they previously approved my first payout under the same trading conditions.

I have always followed the rules and traded honestly. This experience has completely shattered my confidence in Elite Trader's payout process. I expected fairness and transparency, but instead I received an unexplained denial based on a claim that does not reflect what actually happened.

If there were an option to give **zero stars**, I would. Unfortunately, one star is the lowest rating available. I am extremely disappointed and hope Elite Trader reviews this decision, provides actual evidence for their allegation, and honors my legitimate payout.

Very fair eval and funded account process. Got paid several times, very happy with this prop firm. Customer service is really good and in case of their error they even credit you with bonus points for future use.

I been part of the ETF family for a while now and I have to say they are always giving their traders the best customer service.i have a few conversations with Robin and I always leave satisfied and well helped. Robin please keep up the good work and dont let anyone bring you down..as far as the company im still impressed to this day on the lengths this company goes thru to make sure their traders are taken care..its hard to find that in prop firms.But what I love about this company is the beat the beast challenge. I look at it as a way to get funded quickly but its also a way ETF give back to their traders..put keep up the hard work.
