I'm a guitarist with some pretty bad allergies…

I'm a guitarist with some pretty bad allergies, one of them happened to come out years ago as I started playing guitar more often... Turned out that regular strings made my fingertips dry and bloody.
First time I tried Elixer strings on my main guitar, and from the first play, I did not have to treat my fingers with cortisone after a jam session. Not bad at all, so...
Forget the fact that, if you clean them regularly and delicately, they will play as new for about a year, or more if you keep the guitar clean and in a case with drying salts...
Forget the fact that my main living room guitar has had the same Elixers on for about 2 years now, and they do not need changing....
They get 5 stars just for the fact that my fingers don't bleed whenever I play my guitars!
Thank you Elixer!!!

Good strings

Good strings! I am using Nanoweb 11s for acoustic guitars and nickel plated strings for the bass guitar (45-130 set) . I especially like the 130TW for the 5th string. It's a big improvement compared to the regular 130.
The sound is great, and they last forever. The only issue is that they might feel a little strange under your fingers

Amazing customer service

I bought a 12 string set for a guitar I was building. When I put the set on one string snapped, too bad. I reached out to elixir, and they said they'd send a new set, but due to Covid, their facilities were shut down. They apologized profusely, and sent a normal 6 string set, with an extra of the broken string.
And thus is where the extraordinary service is showing. As an apology I could choose 2 free string sets. I did, and they came within days, however they accidentally sent the wrong sets, once again the apologiesed and send the correct ones.
This may sound like a negative review, as they did have some issues, but they customer service is excellent. I snapped ONE string, and they sent 5 sets of strings us the broken string. If that's not great service I don't k iw what is.

Good quality strings!

Very lovely strings, All taylor guitars come with elixir string, and since taylor is only top quality then that means their strings are going to be that too, I always buy elixir strings for my taylor, they sound amazing and last a good amount of time.

Great products and great service

Their strings are great! It took me a few days to get used to them, but now I love them and they sound great! Personally I have not had them for long enough to judge wether they last 3x-5x longer than regular strings, as they claim, but I have friends who use them and they say they last noticeably longer. I have used other coated strings before which I was not quite happy with (sound and feel wise), but I love these. I purchased a few pairs of their strings but on my first set one string was faulty. I e-mailed them and they shipped me a new one right away - great service! I have not have problems with the strings yet - to me they sound better every day (maybe it is just my brain getting used to the new sound, it was quite different from my old Martins) :-) I highly recommend this company and their strings for anyone wanting durable strings without compromising the sound! (For the record I bought the phosphor bronze acoustic nanoweb strings (.012 - .053).
