Do not purchase. Quality is so bad and customer service is shocking

AVOID ELLAMIRA!!!
I paid just under 200 AUD for a flower girl dress. I ordered “as picture” and came out nothing like the picture!
It is a completely different colour and the lace motif etc are not the same.
How a business is allowed to advertise another businesses dress and picture (which I realised too late) is beyond me.
I am so disappointed and upset , I have wasted money and still have no dress.
When I emailed with pictures for a return , they would not accept it and kept insisting that is the dress in the picture. I sent them a side by side and still they would not accept that it wasn’t the same dress.
Please avoid at all costs, I honestly suggest paying an extra one hundred or so dollars and buying in Australia. Products will be much better quality and at least we are reasonable with returns.

I paid AUD300 when I ordered this custom fit dress last for my daughter’s upcoming formal. I was so very skeptical about ordering it online and I asked so many questions before I placed my order with so much apprehension. I ordered the colour as in the picture and informed them many time that I wanted it in GOLD and I went to a tailor to get my daughter’s measurements. They advised me that it was zipped up and that the fabric was chiffon .
The dress arrived 3 weeks later and to our horror it was NOTHING like the dress in the picture. I can understand that it is not going to be exactly the same as the picture but the COLOUR, FABRIC, SIZE and DESIGN (back) was totally not what we expected! It was falling off the shoulders and that can be adjusted by a tailor but the back of the dress was not zipped up as per the description in the website. The colour was Beige and the fabric was of 100% polyester instead of chiffon. $300 for a dress that my daughter and I did not expect to turn out like this at all! DISAPPOINTED! I have been emailing them more than a dozen times, but the customer service has been replying that the dress is FINE and that I should keep the dress, give it to my friend or resell it! I came to discover that there were so many complaints. Later when I checked about this company, I came to find out that they operate under another name Lalamira and many negative reviews and many had similar experiences like myself and they got similar replies from the customer service as well. Avoid this business.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WEBSITE! Do not buy! It is a scam! No return policy. Please do not make the same mistake I did

I was worried before buying my dress as a lot of reviews were either avoid or loved their experience with lalamira. I bought my dress in January and came at the end of February. I bought my dress custom fit to ensure it was perfect. When my dress came it came in perfect condition, there was no sign on damage or difference to what I expected. I got my dress is dark navy and it was gorgeous. It has a fabric mesh underneath that makes it quite poffy so make sure your ok with that if your going in a limo as it takes up a lot of space. I decided to take out the mesh except the back of the dress. This dress comes with a built in bra also. the "bra" strap is very stretchy so it isn't very secure in terms of keeping the dress up well. Overall I loved my dress and will consider buying dresses from lalamira again however I think it is a hit or miss for some dresses.. so make sure you read the reviews on other dresses before buying them.
