Very rude telephone manner.

I have been trying to make a viewing appointment on a property for a week now. I finally got through to the office to be informed the property has gone, but before I could ask if they had anything else I might view to woman on the phone said 'stay safe' and hung up. I will not be considering any property these agents have in the future.

Easy from start to finish

Rented a property from March 2020 as we were just going into a pandemic until October 2021. Ellenbrook estate agents have been brilliant and the team have always been very helpful in answering any queries and very easy to contact - especially Nick! Thanks so much!

Agency doens't care if you have heating

My boiler broke. It's middle of January, Ellen Brook estate told me that they have to wait for a part to fix it(which is fine). After a week I still have no hot water, and heating broke. Tried contacting them about it, claiming that no heating is an emergency, but was told that 'do not have to provide me heating or water'. Ask yourself if you want to be on that boat.

To be clear - I expected to be provided heaters when the heating stopped working, as well as recompensation for the time I did not have hot water (increased electricity bill, time spent to boil water every morning, and the fact that service that I'm paying for is not working.)
