Received my fantastic watch and I am very impressed by the quality, comfort and look..

Canford delivered and an amazing watch. Clean, simple, rugged and liked by all. If you believe in the principle that simple is beautiful, then you will not be let down by EB and their watches. Great design, and so much more practical from other such watches costing 10 times the price.

Bought a Canford a couple of years ago and now a Professional. Great watches and great service, very happy with both and would recommend EB to anyone interested in a reliable, high functioning watch.

I purchased a blue Boxworth from a retailer before Christmas love the weight. Look. so I have now purchased a Holton professional as a second watch. They are now my go to watch in my collection it'll be purchasing one or two more

I bought a Bloxworth just before Christmas. It's a fabulous watch.
I then fancied having an alternative SS bracelet strap.
I contacted Gemma and Serena who gave great advice and help.
The strap arrived today and is now fitted onto the watch. I have a large (ish) collection of watches but this is a good as they get.

Durable, fashionable, and comfortable to wear

I was looking for a new watch at the start of 2018.
Came along, Elliot Brown.
Some research was required into this company and their watch collection.
The Tyneham range stood out as I was looking for an automatic. The idea that is was a robust watch and good looking excited me.
Through the research and trying to find where I could buy from, I came across the address of the company. To my delight, it was within 15min drive in Poole, Dorset from my home.
A telephone call to the office and Alex invited me over.
I met Ian Elliot and Alex Brown, the Big Cheeses.
Great people, very friendly and enthusiastic about their product.
After a long chat over a coffee and showing me the ranges, I walked out proudly after purchasing my first automatic.
Now after 2 years, I noticed it was not keeping time well (it was my day to day watch and being submersed on more than one occasion in sea water etc). So a call to Alex and hey presto, inspection, a few alterations and now a fantastic time keeping piece.
Crazy at it seems, but Alex's enthusiastic approach and friendly personality, I actually walked out again but with another 2 new watches. A Canford and Kimmeridge. Again, great timepieces.
So anyhow, thanks to Alex, Ian and the girls in the office (Serena and Gemma), their pride, friendliness, enthusiasm and unconditional great customer service.

I ordered a Canford watch from this company and from the time the order was placed until delivery, the service was exemplary. The turnaround was very speedy considering Covid-19 and the VE day celebrations and in particular i would like to single out Alex, who was my point of contact at Elliot Brown and handled my queries very efficiently. This is an excellent company to deal with.

Ordered a watch from these guys, first time. Fantastic customer service!! Had ordered the wrong strap which was immediately pointed out, with a suitable replacement suggested or refund offered, before anything had even been sent. Chose a replacement which was added to my order and despatched same day with next day delivery. Parcel turned up in the hour allotted and the watch is fantastic. Very please with quality of everything from packaging to strap.
