The f gas course was great

The f gas course was great, really enjoyed it. The teachers and staff are friendly, and the course was Interesting and the practical was good familiarization of the tools and equipment. Due to covid we had to be out of the building during breaks and it was a bit cold. The cafe in the parade of shops opposite costa is the best place for cheap coffee and sausage sandwiches

Urgent please do your research and don't rely on reviews

Urgent please do your research and don't rely on reviews

Before i booked the course i had asked ellis training if the training would be on a one person to one equipment basis. I was false promised that i would be working on a one to one basis. (To prove my point, last week i got a work college to call the centre and he was told the same again) ( I recorded the call). When i attended the course i could see it was over booked and i was asked to work in pairs. On the course i did not learn anything, due to working in pairs and sharing. The other person i was working in pairs with did all the work. To be honest i really got a chance to hold the equipment.
At the end of the course i passed the practical part only because the tutor passed me illegally. I was no way in a passing state. Secondly all the way though the course i had bought up these issues with the tutors, that i was promised to work on my own and also that i have not even handled any of the equipment. (The only thing i was doing was weighing the refrigerant on the scales. I could have done that at home) At the end of the practical lesson i was told, i just about scraped though and passed the practical exam. (This was illegal and I will be informing city and guilds)
I have done the theory exam 6 times now. On each occasion i have asked the staff members to high light which parts of the exam i am getting wrong and which parts of the exam i am weak on, so i can then study those parts to pass the exam. Their staff couldn’t even high light these points to me. Instead i was just flogged of by saying go home and study more. I even emailed the tutors, they never had the decency to get back to me).
The centre clearly has no interest in getting a student like me passed. I had to constantly chase the centre to see if they are open or closed to book a exam. This company has done nothing to help a failing student like me. It is obvious they only wanted my money.
Their staff shouted at me for sitting on the wrong seat. They were clearly racist towards me because i was Asian.
On each occasion, recently I was asked to wear a mask, which i did not have a problem with. But i was clearly singled out. I saw all the other students including their staff not wearing masks. It was clear to me, that i was being singled out because i was an Asian. The centre was clearly being racist towards me.
One of the tutors even asked me to pay him money as a bribe if i wanted to pass. This is illegal and i will be informing city and guilds.
If i don’t get a full refund my next steps are to put them on Rip Of Britain and watch Dog.
Please do your research before you decide to take a course with any centre (also don’t get fooled into being taught in pairs, you will never learn anything). This centre told me that they believe the students learn more in pairs. This is no way correct.

If anyone has had the same bad experience then contact me by going to my review on google and will act on your behalf to get you a full refund at no cost From ellis training.
