I booked an apartment with El Salvador…

I booked an apartment with El Salvador Stays through Booking.com. Everything seemed fine at first, but as the date approached, communication became a major issue. Despite multiple attempts to get information about the apartment, we received no helpful responses neither through booking.com's messaging system, or the What'sApp number provided at the time of booking. They assured us the booking was fine before asked for screenshots of our booking. Once provided they went silent despite having the money. Thankfully, we were able to cancel within the free cancellation period and secure another place. Had we not done that, it could have ruined our holiday. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on our experience.
