I ordered a Crumpler 17" laptop bag from this company, they were quick to take €165.94 from my account on 5/12/16. But as of now 25/12/16 (Christmas present) my order has not arrived. Young prospective recipient now very disappointed. I would not mind the delay (this bag is now rare and difficult to get hold of) but they do not answer emails and their contact form on the website is clearly just for sales inquiries. Since it will be nigh on impossible, or at least difficult and time consuming, to take action against a foreign online company, I guess I have to accept that I have been scammed. Avoid this company.

Do not shop from this company!!! They are fraud. I made a purchase sent them the money and they disappeared! They do not answer the telephone and will not reply to the several emails I have sent! Unreliable, unprofessional con-artists!!!

Too late, I saw warnings for this site. I ordered some bags for motorcycle. Here's a month does not respond to the email and nothing comes of ordered goods.
Very, very disappointed. About the return of money no words. They do not answer e-mails and calls.
Is there a way to report to the police or a service that specializes in online crime, there are plenty of people who are deceived by these companies.

same happened to me... i saw the comments too late, i bought a 120e suitcase, tried to contact them asking about my shopping, no phone answer, no response to my emails, so I checked internet opinions cause it was being suspicious...and i read all this bad opinions... Now, i will never get my shopping... i will go to the police to report this and try to get my money back... any other faster way to resolve this? suggestions??

I saw the comments on this blog too late. Otherwise I would not used emaletas.com. I paid 140 EUR for nothing. I ordered in the middle of december, but I received nothing. No answer on my mail and no phone contact. It's criminal

Scaring experience! I'm still waiting for a backpack ordered on november 23th 2014.
No answer to my e-mail, no answer to my info requests I put using my account on their web site.

I think they have stolen my money! (more than 300 euro)

I had made order 20/11/2014 Delsey Crosstrip for 144,81 Euros:
1. Over Two month status order still in "Process"
2. Bad Response for e-mail feed back
3. Suddenly asking for additional shipping cost 60 Euros which is not my fault, not explain yet for destination country.
4. Very disappointed Online shopping i ever find & very bad customer services, shame on your management Emaletas - LuggageBow
5. Beware whoever try to made order all overseas with this Online Shopping.

I ordered a samsonite valued 80,00 euro minus - 20,00 for the first timer as their promo said. I paid the amount of 60 euro but until now the baggage I ordered did not arrive. I emailed them for the fifth times but still I received no answer. So it is really a scam and stealing people's money! Bad people, I know your karma comes. Just wait and see when bad luck comes to you. I hope the police will catch you. I am going to report you to my bank then you will be reported. I read that there are many people already that fall to your scam. I don't know but whoever make this website, you will be caught. They will know your IP address so just wait and see. Return my money because it is a hard - earned money. From my sweat do you understand that! and for all those that you have stolen, return their money!

My order on MARCH 06 of the amount of €.156,00 hasn't been delieverd yet!!!Several e-mails and phone calls but NO ANSWER! I will inform everybody about that on facebook...IT'S A SCAM! They deceived me and they STOLE MY MONEY!!!! NO LO UTILIZAR!!

I ordered a Samsonite beauty case more than a month ago. Still have'nt received anything. I wrote an E-mail more than two weeks ago. Received no reply. My online order status just show: "processing". Verry worried about my order.

I purchased a Samsonite 82cm from Emaletas. They do not answer to e-mails, very difficult to find someone at the phone. On your account on the site there is no trace of your order status. I had to wait for my luggage for one month, received with a different colour, payed an extra for Express shipping 48-72H but received with normal shipping service for Europe (72-168h) after 5 working days.
Well, I opened a claim with PayPal and Emaletas agreed to issue a credit.
I do not reccomend this on-line shop. If I purchase on line, I need assistance and "clear business".

I ordered 3 Samsonite suitcases for € 507 on the e-shop of eMaletas. After their correct order confirmation via email, they claimed that the price on the website was wrong and they wanted to charge me € 252 on top !! Then they confirmed to deliver within 1 week. It sounded perfect; just in time for our holidays. When the goods should have arrived at my home, they haven't even left their warehouse yet. eMaletas needed another week to deliver; meaning too late for my holidays. Conclusion: wrong price on the website, wrong delivery times and a bad customer service.
