Utterly incompetent database management

Utterly incompetent database management and staff. Arbitarily changed my name on email newsletters to my surname so that every newsletter I received in my inbox read "Dear [Surname]". Asked numerous times over the course of over a month for this to be fixed, was told it was, only to find out very soon after that it wasn't. No one seems to really understand or care what they are doing.

Equally for online comments, I've asked for my username to be changed from my full name - I was told this wasn't possible despite it having been like that for years and just arbitralily changed a couple of months ago. Total "Computer says no" mindset.
