Sono persone disoneste . Fatto ordine doveva arrivare dopo 4 gg e non arriva nulla. Chiedi info ti rispondono via messaggio solo dopo un giorno ti inventano scuse … sta di fatto che dopo un mese mi è arrivato un articolo diverso da quello ordinato . Una vera presa in giro . Adesso renderò l’articolo ma sono certa che i soldi non me li renderanno . State alle larga !!!! Buffoni per non dire altro
Per orecchini che costano 45 euro mi aspettavo arrivassero in condizioni perfette invece a primo sguardo ho notato che la perla era segnata e a secondo sguardo mancavano due strass. L' altro articolo era una corona per capelli e vista la descrizione sbagliata il colore che mi è arrivato non era quello scelto. Ho contattato l' assistenza per il reso e quando ho chiesto l' indirizzo non ho ricevuto risposta. Sinceramente per il prezzo e l' immagine che vogliono dare dell' azienda mi aspettavo molto, molto di più.

Da loro policy invece ad oggi solo passato 11 gg e ancora nessuna notizia . Dicono di aver sollecitato a Poste ma non mandano tacking , ora hanno smesso anche di rispondere . Assolutamente sconsigliato
