Disappointed after using site for just 30 minutes. The information that I was interested in, though initally locked until a subscription was paid, was exactly the information freely available through other sources on the web that I had already researched. Rightly or wrongly I expected to access information that could only be retrieved through payment. In addition the information gleaned had less detail provided, certainly that has been my experience, others may discover information not previously known to them. I recommend looking at Irish genealogy and PRONI in first instance and then emailing this website to check what support they may be able to provide before buying a subscription. My complaint was dealt with promptly and subscription refunded, for which I am grateful.

I've have come across this site many times when researching my family tree and I always got the impression that it held quite a few records not available online. Thus I finally bit after all these years and paid for a months subscription. I deleted my account within 30 minutes as there was nothing new for me, and nothing that I couldn't find for free at census nationalarchives ie, civilrecords irishgenealogy ie, virtualtreasury ie, familysearch org or even scouring and asking questions at rootschat. Whilst only £9.99 lost, I still feel robbed.

Paid for access to test the service.

Didn't return any information about my family name, which it should have.

I asked for a refund on the same day I tried the service

No response. I am assuming this is a fake website.

Have contacted my credit card company for a refund.
