Very unprofessional Recruiter
I had a disappointing experience working with the founder, John Reid, at this recruiting firm. Throughout the process, there were repeated concerns around professionalism and attention to detail. Important information about roles and offers was often inaccurate, communication was inconsistent unless issues were escalated, and even basic scheduling and coordination were handled poorly, creating unnecessary complications for both candidates and employers.
More concerning were instances where internal emails appeared to be shared inappropriately and confidential information about other candidates was discussed outside the proper interview process. There were also comments made that felt unprofessional for a recruiting environment (about people's appearance).
Based on my experience, I would be cautious about trusting this firm to represent a business in a professional hiring process. If this level of service reflects the experience of working directly with the founder, companies seeking a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and reliability should evaluate carefully before engaging.
