Have not noticed any difference
Have not noticed any difference. No reduction in cravings or satiety. I used Emerge a year ago and they had a different pharmacy (Hallandale). Back then I noticed a huge difference in hunger, fullness, and weight loss within a month. Emerge uses a different pharmacy (Empower) and it is not effective at all. I've been on the injections for six weeks and $700 later, nothing. I emailed them and they basically told me to stay the course and increase the dose and didn't address the efficacy issues. Very disappointing.

Not good anymore
Not good anymore! They changed pharmacy and now things are running weeks. You have to go without your shots for weeks what the point ?! They don’t offer any compensation like other places. I would find someplace else!! Emerge is no longer good!!

Well I’ve been with this company for…
Well I’ve been with this company for six months. Started out excellent but now not so good. I was completely out of my medication because I guess they have gotten so busy and can’t keep up. I had to wait 10-15 BUSINESS days for this last shipment. On the 12th business day they said it shipped. It use to also be over night shipping well I guess that’s not anymore. Didn’t get my medicine today. So let’s add some more days late I haven’t had my medicine in weeks.

New Pharmacy takes too long.
I have had no issues until they changed pharmacies. They placed an order on April 20 and it is May 6th and still waiting for my order. I have been taking this since December. Horrible communication when things change.

Do your own research
I signed up on 4/15/2025. They were very communicative about the long wait times. Unfortunately I never got my shipment of meds. I did ask for a full refund and they did grant that to me. Just do your research.
Grateful and moving better these days
I am coming up on a year with Emerge and am hoping to be at the 120lb down mark when I do. I have ridden the roller coaster of 4 pharmacy switches now due to policy shifts and fortunately have made it through unscathed (beyond having to wait longer than anticipated and biting some nails). Customer service has always been responsive and transparent when
I’ve texted and found solutions for whatever concern I had. Very grateful for this service and medication. After a lifetime of yo-yo weight loss and gain, this experience has felt like an actual permanent change for me.

Customer service has been less than reliable. I have been without the medication for over a month. No one answers the questions. The same “line” goes out to everyone. Abysmal is the rating. The product is fabulous. I’ve only had two months. Waiting forever on the third dose. Someone please take care of this !

Emerge has lost a very good customer.
I have worked with Emerge since August, 2024. I have been charged for 2 months supply and haven’t received the medication.
I have repeatedly called, texted, emailed both Emerge and Empower Pharmacy. No one has responded. They owe me $838 and still no response.
I have filed 2 dispute charges to my credit card.
I was so happy with Emerge until now! I am frustrated beyond belief.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, they will take your money and after that ... all you get is excuses. They are quick to charge your credit card . I started with them april 12th of 2025, I haven't received anything as of yet. They are scammers. I will not continue with them that's for sure !!!

So i am changing the review from 1 to 3…
So i am changing the review from 1 to 3 because they have refunded me for a product that I waited for 3 weeks .
I think they have issues with the pharmacies right now but it is upsetting because for months I didn't see results then I just started to see and I stopped getting anything which really made me upset besides that I wouldn't of wrote anything . Before they were fast and quick until now it was really frustrating .
But problem solved
If they are able to resolve issues with the pharmacy I wouldn't mind them.
Bait and switch… beware
Decided to switch providers for my tirzepatide medication. Emerge Weight was recommended by a family member. I have regretted my decision ever since placing my order. They were very quick to charge my credit card but shortly thereafter they changed the delivery time from 2-7 business days to 10-15 business days. Definitely feels like a scam and a ‘bait and switch’ situation. I’ve requested an order cancellation but I highly doubt that will be approved. I have no confidence they will fulfill their obligation of getting future orders out to me every 28 days as promised. I understand there may have been an industry change which caused delays, but I would have preferred they be upfront with this instead of pretend they can meet the 2-7 days shipping as advertised. It all feels very unethical and like I’ve been taken for $300+.
Even if my order is filled, I’ll be switching companies because I’m not a fan of how they are doing business.

Ordered March 27, as of April 14, no product, just excuses. I have used several other suppliers and this is the first time I have ever run out of product. Tried to get my $$ back, was told I couldn't. No one to speak with, only email communication. Poor customer support. Take your money and run.

Please go with another weight loss program they’ve been having issues with fulfillment of orders! I ordered it April 1st and they have stopped replying to my text messages! Look at the newest reviews! I believe it’s a sinking business!

Liked them at first for pricing and medication. However, it’s now April 14 and my most recent order was supposed to be processed at the end of March. They say they refill so you don’t miss doses. Well I’ve now missed a dose and their only response is that they’re experiencing higher than usual demand. If you want a weight loss company that supports you and ensures you’re not just being indifferent about your own health and medicine timing, I don’t recommend this company. I’ve messaged them again to stress that I’m now missing doses of medicine and hope for a better response than “we have higher than usual demand.” If you can’t keep up with regular customers AND HISTORIC PATIENTS WHO YOU ARE TREATING, you shouldn’t be taking new patients.
As an update, since we’re now 2.5 weeks after they were originally supposed to process the medicine, I’ve missed another dose and initiated a dispute with my credit card company. I reached out to Emerge to ensure the subscription would be cancelled given my concerns about their lack of attention to patient care and was told that they would not cancel my subscription unless I withdrew my credit card dispute (!). I responded with a very strong counter about the illegal and unethical ultimatum that they were giving me and that they cannot legally force me to continue to pay them for a subscription I don’t want (and is supposed to be month to month) if I won’t withdraw a dispute I filed about not receiving what I paid for and having concerns about their emphasis on making a profit rather than providing adequate patient care. My strongly worded push back finally got a response and they agreed to cancel the subscription. If anyone else runs into these issues, please keep in mind and threaten that you can and will pursue legal action and reach out to the attorney general if they try to give ultimatums. Beyond my initial concerns about poor patient care, this most recent experience also raises ethical (and legal) issues.
