very dissatisfied !!! Very Pushy
I went on Saturday 07.19.25 for a 11:00 appointment. Not seen until 11:30. Rushed through the plans decided on 2 to find out after the funds were taken and added to my account that i would have to come back on Tuesday for the product and see the nurse. Then i receive a call this morning that Tina was needing to add another plan to my account another $99.00 on top of the $300.00 i spent on Saturday. I asked at that time for a refund - Melissa said that they could not refund because i bought product that i had not received. I believe this is very wrong since i have not received any product.
