Great at Taking Your Money, Terrible at Putting Things Right – AVOID!

AVOID – absolutely shocking after-sales service.

Bought a car from Eminent Motor Group less than two months ago and was heavily reassured by their 3-month warranty.

Just THREE WEEKS later, a warning light came on. I followed their warranty process, took it to my local garage and got a quote for around £1,000 – within the stated warranty limit.

Rather than authorise the repair, they insisted I bring the car all the way back to Oldham for them to fix it. Their repair guy was away, so I then had to wait THREE WEEKS.

Today I’ve driven 1.5 hours to Oldham after making it clear I needed the car back by 4pm to collect my children. After arriving, I’m now being told it won’t be ready until around 6pm.

So after a 3-week wait and a 3-hour round trip, I’m having to leave with the fault unresolved.

The difference between how helpful they were when selling me the car and the service I’ve received once there was a problem is unbelievable.

I’m now having to contact my bank to discuss my options.

Buying the car was easy. Getting them to sort a problem afterwards has been an absolute nightmare. I would not buy from them again.

Update: no resolution from the company, spoke to rudely on the phone, now having to pay for the repair myself. The warranty stands for nothing. Save yourself the headache and avoid these cowboys!
