Package stuck in my UK mailbox since…

Package stuck in my UK mailbox since March 3! While DHL / Fedex and other freight forwarders are getting packages for their customers .. Emirate Delivers has decided to remain sleeping the past 3 weeks without the slightest care or consideration for its customers… their reply simply put “due to the current situation”. While in modern day management the actual strategy that invokes business continuity is being executed by all companies except for Emirates Delivers management which for some odd reason do not have a plan b in place! I must give them the credit of having a well built strategy of charging customers high rates!! Welldone 👏🏻

I still cant believe that a company like to Emirates is unable to deliver packages or do not want to take that additional step of involving a secondary company to deal with their mess.. its certainly depicts how weak of a company it is!!

I sent emails and emails requesting a simple task.. I requested them to reship my item to a different company at my expense .. but was refused my request! This is where I see a company that is not there to ensure their customers are happy .. they just dont care! They do not care about you as a customer!! Beware when using Emirates Delivers management which.. there is always a nasty surprise waiting for you to ruin your day!

Skeptical at First, but Worth the Cost!

Read positive reviews on Reddit recommending Emirates Delivers. Never used such a service before and was worried of paying for items outside of the UAE and them not being delivered.

Decided to give it a try and ordered 3 items, including a plushie from a website that doesn't deliver to the UAE. Used the address provided by Emirates Delivers in Florida, USA. The items were successfully delivered to the address, which was a relief.

The only issue that knocked down two stars was the need for a compliance review to initiate a shipping request to the UAE, which was odd. The customer service team was helpful though, and the issue was sorted out and shipping request was able to be made within a week. The shipping price was affordable as well (around AED 90) for less than 1 kg. Would've definitely cost more if shipping was done on other websites.

The items themselves were shipped and delivered from Florida to Abu Dhabi within 3 days in perfect condition. Delivery man was polite.

If not for the need to communicate with their team for every shipping request, would certainly use again.

Not Worth the Risk

After years of using this company — with experiences ranging from acceptable to frustrating — my latest interaction has been the worst by far. They freely assign estimated product values, and even when those estimates are completely off, they have no issue processing shipments. But the moment a user manually updates the value, everything suddenly becomes a problem. They demand an invoice, and once you upload it, you basically have to hope someone decides to accept it.

What makes this even more unreasonable is their habit of checking current market prices and rejecting legitimate invoices simply because the item was bought on sale. Since when is a shipping company responsible for policing the price I paid? It’s absurd that they take on the role of auditors instead of just doing their job.

Trying to communicate with their team is another disaster. Emails and calls go nowhere — the staff hides behind “protocols” and “procedures” and offers nothing but the usual empty line: please wait. At this point, I’m genuinely unsure whether I’ll ever receive my packages.

I don’t know how anyone is supposed to trust a company with items purchased with their own hard-earned money when this is the attitude and service they provide.

Terrible terrible terrible

Here’s what happened: I had items sent for my daughter’s birthday — nothing fancy, just gifts from family. They reviewed the items, and guess what? They put the WRONG value on everything. Okay, fine — mistakes happen. So I corrected the values, submitted receipts, and that’s when the circus began.

Suddenly, emails started flying: threats that they might destroy my packages, demands for invoices I’d already sent, questions about prices that made zero sense. It was like stepping into a Kafka novel with extra steps.

Then came the masterpiece of absurdity: three Butterfinger MINIS — yes, the tiny Halloween-size ones — were magically priced at $18.33 each. I submitted my Dollar Tree receipts showing $1.25 each, and they acted like I’d just handed them a live grenade. Confused? Shocked? Probably questioning reality itself.

They tried to argue, to negotiate, to justify why the candy was suddenly worth more than my rent. I’m standing here like… no, I will not be the clown in your circus of nonsense.

The compliance team in Florida? Ghosts. Cannot reach.
Customer service? Bots reading from the same terrifying script, copy-pasting threats like it’s a competitive sport.

They also made me pay for “extra services” and photos of my own packages — photos so blurry and useless they looked like abstract art created by a hurricane.

After all the threats, arguments, and absurd charges? I STILL never received the packages. My daughter’s birthday gifts? Vanished into the Emirates Deliveries Twilight Zone.

So yes — Emirates Deliveries tried to make me the clown. Tried to gaslight me. Tried to make me chase my own sanity.
But I refused. I walked out of that circus.

If you want your packages to disappear, your money to evaporate, and your stress levels to hit DEFCON 1 — go ahead. Otherwise?
Send them literally anywhere else. Even a pigeon with a GPS could do better

TOTAL NIGHTMARE!

They deserve a 0 rating! Been using Emirates Delivers since they started, and this month I made another transaction with them. Everything was good way back not until recently, NIGHTMARE! They kept sending me these automated Merchant Invoice Required eventhough I uploaded numerous times the actual invoices and market value links. They were asking for links/url online of the merchandise eventhough you have uploaded the original receipts. I don't know what they want and what to upload anymore! Called and emailed their customer service, and they have no idea what's happening. Still no progress after 2 weeks!!!

Horrible service, complimented by a non supportive team.

Horrendous! Where does one begin?
-Items/contents missing and completely dismissed by their team with very hollow excuses.
-Incorrect weight to charge customers more
- Damaged items repacking everything despite being instructed to not pack everything together(ship in original boxes)
- Absurd prices added to the value of each item and a nightmare dealing with the team. They think we are shopping from Saks 5th Avenue?
- Highest shipping charges, items stolen, items damaged, very poor support. Avoid!

customer service is a nightmare

if you need to change the declared price from one of your item, this becomes a nightmare... they refuse invoices saying invoices is not good enough (like what can you do about it?), they keep asking so many details about purchases that you dont have (phone number of the company for instance.... like if it is eBay what you suppose to write?)... very frustrating support. A shame for a company like Emirates!

Customer service are the worst I have ever encountered...

Customer service are the most frustrating, illogical and anger inducing bunch of people. In Florida the team there made a mistake with the price they put in so my request was simple (to me at least), to get the price changed to the correct amount. Several phone calls later and many many emails and this request hasn't even got to the team in Florida as they simply can not understand it. Why have humans running customer services if their answers are computer generated and they have no common sense?! I will be finding another company to use going forward as I can't bear to hear "I understand sir" again when they actually have no clue at all...

I’ve been using emirates delivers for…

I’ve been using emirates delivers for years now since they opened and always thought it was an excellent service until today when I had a mishap in my shipment from the seller and I got to see the level of neglect and exploitation they will put a customer through. The UK warehouse, they take lousy pictures of the package and then they force you to pay extra if you want them to take an extra picture to read the labels on the package. While the call center agent are quite nice and understand your problem alot better than the email support, they are not able to override the exploitation.

If I had come here and read the reviews I would have definitely reconsidered using their service again. After the reviews and my experience, I’m not using emirates delivers again.

Emirates Delivers cannot be trusted and careless

Emirates Delivers cannot be trusted. They lose parts of our products and fail to admit that they have made a mistake. Their is a lack of communication between their support team and their warehouse team. They are very dishonest as I proved to them with clear evidence that they lost some of my items during consolidation. They combined two separate packages and removed the original manufacturer's packaging. A waste of time and money.

They manipulate in weights and the unbox your items

Be careful with emirates delivers. Unfortunately it has nothing to do with Emirates airlines quality.

They manipulate in weighing. It happened with me twice and not with small weight difference. I had bought two phone covers from Totallee which supposed to be thinnest and they entered the weight at 840 grams. Thats 4 times the weight of the phone designed to cover itself. Then I had a smartphone which weighs 200 grams and with boxing and packaging the original shipper weight was 450 grams. Emirates delivers entered it at 2.1kg!! When I reported the incident they ask you to create inspection request which is chargeable and it takes 5 WDays to re-weight the package.

Then they unbox the items (not only open the package). For example the smartphone cover they had it opened completely. Your items are not safe with them.

Also the consolidation feature is misleading. What they do that they add the weights of each item into 1 package which is the same exactly in terms of charges if you ship each item separately. There is absolutely zero saving.

Original Package Violated, Contents Removed

I bought new products from Amazon, and the package was delivered to my Emirates Delivers suite in Florida. The package included a pair of brand-new Bose earbuds. Emirates Delivers' agents in Florida not only removed the goods from Amazon carton box, but also tore off the seal of Bose's original box, opened it up and removed its content, allegedly to inspect the same, as shown in the photos available in Emirates Delivers tracking platform.
The moment I saw the pictures the goods were already in transit to my location. I immediately contacted Emirates Delivers help center. According to them, their agents claim the package was opened because there was no plastic wrapping. Bose QC Ultra Earbuds box does not contain plastic wrapping, but it does contain a seal, to prevent the box from opening and ensure the condition is new. Not having plastic wrapping does not justify opening the box, and even worse the fact they removed the original seal and all the content from inside the box. This is absolutely unacceptable.
For this reason, I simply cannot accept the delivery of the goods anymore. Besides the fact it was meant to be a gift, its condition as new and possibly the integrity of the same were compromised the moment the agents decided to tear off the seal, open the box and remove its contents.
I am demanding to be fully compensated for the value of the goods and the shipping cost paid. So far, after almost 10 days, many calls and email exchanges, the situation was still not resolved. I still have not received a satisfactory answer from Emirates Delivers. Their agents wrongly violated the original package for no practical reason, and they are accountable.
