Delivery Fail
I ordered a mattress with a delivery address to county Cork but I was called away to Clare as a family member was in hospital. I emailed customer services to ask that the mattress be redirected to the Clare address instead. They said I needed to contact the courier. I asked them to contact the courier as it was Emma that organised the courier, not me. Tracking said it hadn’t been handed off to GLS yet. Yesterday, Emma agreed to contact the courier for me and get back to me. The mattress was delivered to the Cork address this morning. It will be sitting in the rain for days before I can get home. You would think this would be a simple request but no, apparently it was beyond their capabilities. I’m very annoyed by this.

Product is good but
Product is good, delivery was earlier than expected but when I emailed their customer service about swapping to another size, i haven’t got a reply after 2 emails and they are advertising a 200 nights trial and we’ve only been using our mattress for more than a week now. I’m still hoping for a positive reply though

I’ve been using the Emma mattress
I’ve been using the Emma mattress and I absolutely love it! The mattress is super comfortable and has really improved my sleep from the very first night. The duvet is very warm, perfect for winter, and makes the bed feel really cozy. The pillow, however, felt a bit too firm for my personal taste.
The delivery was excellent it arrived in just two days, and the company provided great service throughout. Overall, I’m very happy with the products and the experience

Fast delivery and very comfortable mattress!
I ordered an Emma Hybrid Thermosync Mattress (super king) on a Wednesday evening. The mattress arrived Friday afternoon along with a free pillow. I am very impressed by the speed of the delivery and also by the quality and comfort of the mattress. I’ve only had it one night but it’s fantastic. The way it’s packaged and delivered (folded and rolled in a box) makes it possible to get up ours stairs. We could never fit a traditional super king upstairs and had to settle for these zipped mattresses that always sunk in the middle. So far very pleased with my purchase.

Arguably one of the best purchases I've made in recent times. The mattress I ordered has massively helped with some lower back pain I had (not an advertised thing just, something I pleasantly noticed) and I've been sleeping like a champ.

Had to cancel an order
Had to cancel an order. Nothing was dispatched by Emma. Was sent an email immediately saying I would be refunded within 14 days (as is legally required). This was a month ago and still no refund. Each week their customer support says it has been escalated and the refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. They have been telling me these lies for 3 weeks now. This is nothing short of stealing. Have filed a charge back with my bank as I won’t get anything back from these crooks wilfully. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID - THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM - IMPORTANT READ
- Paid for a new mattress in Nov. 2025
- Notified Emma Sleep Co. of an issue with it a few weeks after.
- They tried every which way to make the process an absolute nightmare, refusing to collect and refund, despite their so called 200 night no risk trial and hassle free return if you're not happy. This is complete and utter nonsense, yet this is their company line - “You don't have to worry about when you can return your Emma mattresses, we have for now extended our risk-free trial from 100 to 200 nights.” Clearly, that’s a downright lie.
- They will do anything to ensure their products are not returned.
I was asked to submit photos of the mattress & issue, I did so and was told the following:
"I understand that you feel the photographs already provided should be sufficient, and know your viewpoint regarding the process so far. I would like to provide some clarity on our assessment criteria to ensure we are as helpful as possible in resolving this for you.
Based on the photos currently provided, we would unfortunately have to reject the claim at this stage. According to our Terms and Conditions, which you can reference here (website), specific criteria must be met for a warranty claim regarding indentations.
As stated in Term No. 19, under 19.3 (B):
The indentation must be greater than 2.5 cm and visible to the naked eye.
This is why we kindly ask you to measure the dip using a ruler and a straight edge as previously described. Without this specific measurement to verify the depth, we are unable to proceed with the claim under our policy guidelines. I truly apologise for any disappointment this may cause, but we require this evidence to ensure a fair and accurate assessment for you."
So you see, it isn't that simple or straight forward. I don't want their mattress, and they don't want to take it back.
It's a farce. What about 200 night risk free trial!? It clearly doesn’t apply yet I only have the mattress a few weeks.
I purchased this mattress in good faith through Living Social and this is my experience. It's been absolutely appalling. I have since ordered a new mattress from Bed World, I sent them proof of this also.
I have discarded the defective mattress and have told them not to contact me again. I don’t have the time or patience to deal with them any longer.
I don't recommend getting involved with Emma Sleep Co., whether that be directly or through another retailer. If you have an issue with your mattress, you'll be stuck with it. Be warned.

Mattress arrived when it should, the delivery driver even messaged me 30 minutes before he arrived. The Mattress is so comfortable and it has been a pleasurable experience from start to finish.
