Non-functioning credit card payment service
Say that they facilitate credit card payment. Has never worked for the last 3 years. Forces you to utilize other costly or slow payment methods.
Just be honest and take away the credit card payment option as you apparently are not prepared to provide the service.

Hello! We apologize for the problems with your credit card payment. Nowadays our most used payment system is via Klarna, which also handles credit cards, and we currently have no problems with this.
