THEY COSTED ME THE SALE OF MY PROPERTY.

Communication is key, and these guys are the worst.

A brick wall provides me with a lot more
useful information than EMPIRE ESTATE AGENTS - WILLESDEN do.

Their answer to everything is "Break clause" to serve a section 21.

Who wants to do that to a family, who?

From the beginning we said a 6 month agreement as we are selling the property. They done 12 month. They even said to the tennants they can extend after the 12 months.

They withheld our previous tenants deductions from the rental deposit. It took over 6 months of silence, then I emailed got a sorry excuse of an response basically saying we won't be getting anything back for damages. Just 90% of the cleaning bill notthing for missing or damaged items. No explanation why (when were they even advised of this!?)
Bearing in mind they arranged the check in and check out inventory reports. Should have been a slam dunk?

One person in particular is a "YES" man. He LIES so much. He can convince a kiwi it's a coconut. You know those guys that chat smack just to get the job done ethically or unethically.

All about the numbers kind of guy.

With a brilliant product - in sales he would excel but with a family's security (home) in his hands, they could end up homeless in the blink of an eye.

THESE GUYS NEED LISTEN AND DO BETTER!

If I could give them a negative I would. I was given a filthy flat with blocked shower drains, layers of filth in and on the cupboards and skirtings. The apartment was advertised with a chest of drawers that was not provided in the end. I had to fight tooth and nail for a clean mattress as it was given with large yellow smelly stains and was expected to accept this as is.
Since moving in, I have travelled and lived in this apartment for less than 10 days with a tenancy that has continued for more than three months. After countless of emails and follow up calls about a blocked toilet, a plumber was finally sent to rectify the matter. He came plunged for 5 minutes, took the liberty to use the toilet and then left with no communication. The morning after the toilet went back to being blocked and unusable. After countless of emails and WhatsApp messages to the landlord (who told me to contact the agent) they had the audacity to tell me that the previous tenant didn’t have issues (filthy unclean previous tenant) and that if they need to fix the toilet again, it will be deducted from my deposit.
I was then resent the very photos I sent to prove that the previous tenant left an apartment with a blocked drain and toilet to educate me on shower and toilet etiquette. I was then threatened with the fact that if they send a drain specialist and they find hair I would be liable when I was given an apartment with a blocked toilet and drain in the first instance.
This agency is beyond unhelpful and should not be trusted at all. They are unprofessional, unemphatic and are clueless about their duty and responsibilities. Do NOT trust them for fairness or professionalism. Patiently waiting for my break clause.

amazing property agency . very professional and friendly. Maisie is fantastic , always on the other end of phone to deal with matters effectively and efficiently. Highly recommend .

Worse Agency in UK !!! Hight fees , disgraceful experience in my life , they playing together with the landlords to make your life a hell . Really be careful with this people.

Hard to get hold of to finalise bookings.
Lost a good potential for a letting as well as wasted my time and energy with them. Very disappointing!

My mum passed away last year with COV-19, i needed advice on what to do, her property, how probate works etc. I spoke to Robert who was very sympathetic about the situation and he directed me to Kash and Alex who were helpful and informative, they gave me a lot of time and attention.
Once probate was granted in June i sold mums house through Empire of course and i bought a lovely flat in Willesden Green which i now rent out through Robert and their lettings team, i have a nice tenant and an agent who gives great customer service and who i trust unconditionally. Thank you.

Fantastic experience! I have never rented a property before and Zain from Empire Estates made the process very easy for me. I would highly recommend Empire Estates to anyone who is looking to rent or buy a property.
