From the moment I placed my order to the actual received finished product the communication was excellent.
The expected delivery date was 28 working days but received the framed product approximately 9 days from the time I posted the medals etc off to receiving the completed framing. All done to an excellent product that. Was perfect for me and my family. The medals were cleaned and ribboned and presented perfectly in order.
My experience with Empire Medals is 100% satisfaction and thank them for a beautiful product in memory of my father during WEII.

Purchased as a gift for my Dad as he has lost his Service Medal. Very impressed with the wooded box and the engraving on the medal.

everything from talking to the operative, who was very helpful, to receiving my clean and display boxed medals was excellent. would highly recommend.

The box arrived safely wrapped in bubble wrap. The item is hand made using real wood. I like the hooks that you fix inside to hold the medal bars - except the screws that came with it are slightly too long - filed off the excess - although it’s at the back of the box - it might scratch the wallpaper. Both sets of medals are proudly presented - looks fantastic.

Really pleased with the workmanship and overall look of medal ribbons. Got one for myself and 3 others for my comrades who served with me. A surprise gift for them.Im sure they will wear with pride on formal occasions. Delivery was a bit longer than expected, (but when you realise the amount of orders they must receive, it's no surprise)that been said wasn't too long a wait for what is a quality item. Summerise, great product, great price, great service. All items securely packaged and a complimentary sweet was a nice touch. Will definitely use again, happy to recommend. I would give 5* but my initial order taken over the phone wasn’t acted upon. Re ordered when phoned to ask what was going on and my mini medals arrived in good time and beautifully mounted

Fantastic quick service. The quality is really good, I also asked for a change to the inscription after I’d received the frame I’d ordered (my fault not theirs) and it was no problem and resolved very quickly.

My medal arrived a little later than expected, however, when you realise how busy the company is, that was acceptable. My medal was swing mounted (like the original). It is top quality and well packaged.

Customer service is non existent, they take for ever to carry out orders and site is not clear when ordering. I ordered a medal bar for my wife’s medals for when she has to wear on her uniform on a few occasions. The order was late and only acknowledged when I contacted and then it took another couple of weeks. I missed the tab that indicated sow on or bar and ordered the wrong one which I accept but I contacted and the lady said she would send the right part but nothing, it’s been going on since November so I’m unable to recommended then. Very poor service. Order 94819
