Worst experience

Worst experience. I'm waiting for my deposit refund for over a month they've asked for documents multiple times and they've confirmed that they have received then documents but yet haven't processed my refund. This has been going on since 23rd February. I will make a official complaint!

Deposit Refund Delay. No transfer facility

I have applied for refund on 17th online with Passport, New sale deed, EID, IBAN cheque leaf copy.

EMPOWER can’t transfer Deposit to my local Bank. We have to select cheque option. The website says the the cheque will be issued to the account holder and the name to match with Title Deed.

Now they want a letter from all the banks in UAE that as per their IBAN my name is xxxx. I don’t understand this logic. The simple way of delaying the payment.

The unit already had cooling and…

The unit already had cooling and operational from previous supplier just six months ago. They take over and turn off the AC until I have to put deposit and an application fee in addition the tenant has to do that. This should be regulated and previous contracts should be honored at least for a year in such take over situations.

SCAMMERS , if I can rate 0 I will they will charge you for nothing and you cannot even find a solution or complain , every month charging more and more although consumption is sometimes less then the previous month, literally it's like they are taking your money and you cannot do anything about it , whenever you see empower just run

A disgrace to the city of Dubai

Empower has intentionally designed systems to make it as painful as possible to close out an account.

It is physically impossible to get through to a call agent.

Customer service is atrocious.

This company goes against the values of Dubai and is a disgrace.

Disaapointed by Empower

I am deeply disappointed with Empower's policy of imposing an AED 1,000 charge and rejecting waiver requests, despite my consistent, timely payments for the past three years. This adds significant financial strain, especially during a time of over 15% year-on-year rental increases, rising inflation, and minimal salary increments. I urge the concerned authorities to review and reconsider this policy, as it unfairly burdens responsible customers.

The worst customer service

The worst customer service! The worst company in the world! If you forgot for even for 1 month to pay for nothing (yes, they make you to pay for nothing during a winter when YOU DO NOT USE A/C AT ALL, they will come immediately and disconnect you for 1000 AED!!! This is an entire salary of my mom in my country and finally I had to give them this sum instead of helping to my mom, I really was crying when I had to do it! If you see Empower building near, avoid buying /renting apartment in this area, otherwise you will not be able to live your calm life with guys who make you paying FOR NOTHING!

I do not recommend this app

I do not recommend this app. This app not only denied me but billed me for a subscription that I can't even use! I reached out to my bank and reported them as well as contact customer service to cancel account and request a refund. There are no live agents just a bot who is very limited to the answers. Very bad experience, I hope it saves someone else time

Unprofessional & uncommitted company

I have submitted my refund since the 9th of november , everytime I email them with an update they say it is under process or ask me to provide my bank details which I have given them so many times it has been more than 45 days & still no refund . Unfortunately the only source of AC is this company & it is horrible
