Jezza was amazing and very patient in guiding me and advising me thru the return process. I had gotten a set for my babe, but it was not the right choice for her (my bad). Yet Jezza kept in touch and made our Empress Mimi experience even better. Empress Mimi's design are to die for, yet my girl is very conscious of her body (deliciously curvy) So it is not easy to buy for her.

The set I ordered unfortunately ran out of size of the correct panty so I received a size up which turned out to be too large. Jezza was extremely helpful and although tried to organise an exchange, they ran out of stock in the correct size and no further stock was in sight. To complement the lack of stock, I was offered a set of my choice for free which is extremely generous. I'm currently awaiting its arrival and very excited. Thanks again

I had ordered a set for my wedding night that never came but I was too busy and not paying attention to my email. When I finally checked, I had multiple emails from Jezza letting me know there had been trouble with the order and doing her very best to accommodate me. She provided so much care, persistence, and timeliness to make it right.

I received a message stating that they were out of one of the items I ordered. When they told me this they offered me multiple options to solve this issue including a full refund if I wanted. I opted into store credit and received an extra 20% on top of what I had originally paid to use at a later date!

I have been subscribed on and off to Empress Mimi for the past few years. Their lingerie is so well made and just stunning. Shipping takes a while but it’s free and by regular post so that is to be expected. Their customer service is stellar, I have dealt a lot with one of their reps Jezza who has always gone above and beyond to help me with any inquires or adjustments to my orders and subscriptions.

I love this company, the products are so beautifully made.
Jezza in particular goes the full mile to be helpful and efficient.

Jezza was extremely helpful, understanding, considerate and kind throughout my experience with Empress Mimi.
She was willing to try to adjust my order's size after I placed it even though it was a long shot and was calm and kind to me when I got impatient and confused about the way my order arrived.

Empress Mimi offers a lovely range of out of this world lingerie, with constant promos, points and subscription programs. I love the pieces are customisable in terms of the fit, however, I feel like some older models run smaller... the difference between a bra from more recent sets compared to older ones is crazy, they cups fit too big, but then going a size down affects the fit on the back and such, it can be a bit difficult sometimes to find a good fit. I will say their customer service is quite good however, they are very helpful and super nice.

I purchased the Queen subscription box for Christmas in 2023 as a gift for my wife…she has enjoyed each and every piece of lingerie that had been sent. The items very well made and look great on her. I’ve now upgraded to the Empress subscription for her…well worth the money to see her wear some very sexy lingerie. I would highly recommend the subscription boxes as a gift…you won’t regret it!
