I ordered a necklace which when it arrived, looked nothing like the item pictured on their website. I emailed with photos and my complaint was promptly dismissed by a very rude person called 'Lucy' whose grasp of customer service skills is virtually non existent. Lucy insisted the item was exactly the same as the one on their website (despite me providing photos to the contrary) and advised me to send it back to them at further cost to myself. Further emails requesting a return label as I do not see why I should be out of pocket due to their false advertising, have been ignored. My advice would be to avoid at all costs!!

The ring in no way matched the photo on the website and came with marks on it as well! When trying to contact them no replies on Instagram at all , I sent an email and all I got in reply was ‘return to the below address’.
No apology or anything! And they wanted me to pay to return the item? Even though it is selling a misleading item that has damage?

Rings are gorgeous, me & my wife have got matching ones! But both, not even after 1 week of wear have imperfections! It's such a shame as they're lovely rings, just don't seem to be very good quality, I know they're not too pricey but that doesn't matter!

Really beautiful Jewellery. I was initially hesitant to purchase due to their being no TrustPilot reviews as I rely heavily on them when purchasing from new companies. I however follow Empty Casket on Social Media. I placed my order on 29th and it was shipped some days after. I was very happy when I received my two sets of Sterling Silver earrings in the post. Both were boxed with lovely velvet inners, and a thank you card with a discount code was present. The quality of the earrings are of a high standard. I would highly recommend purchasing from this store.
