Ordered my replacement inner soles for my Platinum Stinger Lo boots online from EMU Aust. The website was easy to navigate, the inner soles are of high quality, and the delivery was quick. My boots are still in great condition, and with new inner soles, I've got many more years of warm comfort through the cold winter months.

A great product. Fast efficient service. I had to get a refund unfortunately and buy emu slippers instore for a better fit. The return and refund was seamless and super fast.

The slippers are of the highest quality, and just like the ones prior to the American UGG company taking over the patent for the word 'ugg'. I have bought slippers for all my cousins and will buy more. Love the quality and workmanship!

Love my emu slippers also have a pair of boots gravity I think name of them had a few years. Highly recommend them

I had to return one pair as they were a bit narrow for my wide foot. As soon as Emu received them they contacted me and refunded my money asap.

Ordered the same style as my last pair - they were a bit different tho , without the branded ribbon detail that I liked. They’re still super fluffy & cosy tho so happy over all

Deceptive sales practices:
I bought slippers online. Too small, so I emailed asking if I could return them for a larger size, and in any color. They responded:

"We are happy to say that the Platinum Esperence slippers-size 11 are still available in Charcoal and Chestnut. We are more than happy to exchange your recently purchased item; however, we will need you to send the item..."

Since I bought a sale item they sold me a $10 shipping label. After they received the item, they sent me an email saying they can't exchange for other colors. They didn't send back the original slippers, so I assume they restocked them so they can make more money, while also cashing in on added shipping fee margins.

Update following response: While Emu said I could change colors and sizes, their email response said otherwise, directly contradicting all other emails. Very confusing and frustrating experience

I love Emu products, they are always high quality, great fit, look fashionable and are super comfy! The shipping is quick and they have great sales for quality items. Highly recommend Emu products.
