Good service on the return item and posting out another set of Ugg boots

Things go wrong - a good company deals with them well. In my case a quick response to a customer query, a quick decision without endless to and fro that make the customer feel like they're being accused of lying and a positive outcome. Would be five stars but the request for feedback has come before the transaction has been completed

Easy ordering, lovely comfy slippers, delivery was quicker than expected

I’ve been buying the slippers for a few years now for myself and 2 daughter in laws. Unfortunately the last two pairs I have bought have been two tight and pretty uncomfortable. My daughter in law agrees. I did email company but did not have a response. I have loved them previously but can’t see my purchasing them again.

Their explanation regarding your specific shoe size is easy to follow. Postage is efficient and speedy. Great company selling great products.

Has this brand become a scam? I ordered boots last week and the website said they would arrive in time for an event I needed them for. They were never sent. Each day I’ve emailed asking why, no reply. Something is wrong- I’d avoid buying from them till it’s fixed.

The Shoes arrived in two days. My second pair, they are great to wear and go with alot of clothing. Also my first pair last 2 years and were worn many times.

Boots delivered very quickly. Very comfortable and love the sheepskin lining. True to size fitting.

Great quality boots, glad I gave them a go. I got the waterproof Chelsea style and my feet are so comfy and warm.

The company and service was 5 star, the slippers are great, nice and fluffy but could be softer on the soles, so product gets 4 star.

I have bought Emu products before, so I knew the boots would be very good quality. They last for years and are very comfortable and have great arch support. The parcel was here very quickly and I’m enjoying wearing my new purchase. Can’t recommend Emu highly enough.

The customer service is really bad. Ordered chestnut ugg boots, received mushroom.i asked to return them and they said they would send an email in an hour. Never recieved the email. Called the next day asked for the email to be sent again . 3rd day i called again still nothing. Asked to speak to a manager and they were away for the next 2 days.i Asked to make a complaint , they told me go on the website. They said it was a human error,it happens. I understand the mistake. And have no problem with that. But 3 attempts for me asking is clearly evident I'm not recieving the details to return the boots. I also told them I'll be leaving the country and would really appreciate a return so I could take them with me before leaving. I said could you send them internationally, they said we only send to new Zealand, i asked could you send them to my family member and they can send them for me . But Emu to pay for the shipping. They said no we can't do that. Really disappointing as I've always loved buying the Emu ugg boot .
