Have bought balls before from encore and have not been disappointed. This time I bought 24 Pearl grade balls in superb condition some seem to have hardly been used.

I recently ordered some Wilson Staff…
I recently ordered some Wilson Staff Ball and waited patiently for them to arrive. The tracking number I was given showed them to be in Leeds for over a week without moving.
I emailed Encore to ask what the delay was and when I could expect my order to arrive. I received a prompt reply from Gary, the owner of the other company to assure me they were in transit, and I received them two days afterwards.
I was very pleased with the quality of the balls, and with the personal reply from the company owner, and I will be buying from Encore in future. I will also recommend Encore to my friends.

Not what I expected.
Ordered 12 Titelist Pro v1x balls, received 5 of them and 7 Pro v1s.
So not a massive issue as I use both anyway.
Also ordered a box of Crappy Golfballs and in the picture they all look really old and dirty not sliced in half or big chucks missing like I recieved.
I know the joke is in the box itself but the picture is bit misleading.
Otherwise delivey was fine and the golf balls I have got are absolutely fine.
Would use again for these.
