Awful. In so many ways. Their Dazzle software that used to work has so many bugs and they're super slow to fix them if at all. One example: it showed me as having obtained $100 USPS insurance on a shi... See more

Fraudulent CC charge

I got a message from my debit card company (Ally) asking about a charge for $17.99.
I have not used my debit card in a very long time, I have no idea how they got my number.

Fraud Charges Endicia

Same as several others, I recently opened a Small Business Checking account and Business line of credit with BoA. I have not used my debit card at all. In fact, it is still stuck to the very letter in the envelope it was delivered in on my desk. Zero ways anyone could have skimmed or otherwise got the number.

No clue how they could be getting these numbers unless there is a leak higher in the chain at card issuance.

I exclusively use my credit card for business and only use the checking for deposits and to pay off the credit card monthly. I had an initial charge of $50 on 9/30 which shows “USPS STAMPS ENDIC 888-434-0055 PURCHASE DEBIT CARD *####” (where #### is the last 4 of my debit card #), then 2 charges, each for $17.99 at the first of November and then December listed as just “ENDICIA PURCHASE 800-576-3279 CA DEBIT CARD *####”.

As far as stamps go, I running a consulting company... I don’t have anything to mail.

I noticed today and called to have a stop payment and file dispute on charges. Bank returned money and opened investigation.

UPDATE: I was able to get to a representative and discuss. Since my card has been cancelled, I had them search for the old card number to find the account it is associated with. She found the account and confirmed it was not in my name, but couldn’t share the name it was under. She stated she could close the account, but that was all she could do. I asked if this could be escalated as someone is clearly using their business with stolen numbers based on these reviews, but she said she had no ability to do that.

Working for Trump, are we?

Same as everyone else. I merely visited the site, never signed up for anything, never gave ANY of my information to ANYONE on that site. And somehow I now have a $17.99 charge on my card???

Cancelled my card and am getting a new one. thanks, Endicia, for trying to ruin my Christmas.

I guess you'll have to get your "Trump funds" from somewhere else because I've Tweeted and Facebooked all of you to my thousands of followers, telling them not to visit the website at all, and alerted them of this Trustpilot page.

You guys have happy holidays for now, but I wouldn't look forward to a good new year. :D

I've never heard of this company; they charged my card. I called and waited on hold for an hour and 42 minutes on the "securities team" who told me to call the bank and dispute the charges. So I told them I will but can we cancel any future charges and look up my account. Isaac kept repeating "call your bank and dispute changes" wouldn't tell me what services they provide, how they got my information, if they had any affiliated partners, or any information about the company. Continually asked me "Is there anything else I can help you with" I said yes and told him and he said " call your bank" most irritating and unhelpful call. CLEARLY A FRAUD!!

I too was scammed on BOTH my business…

I too was scammed on BOTH my business checking accounts via debit cards unused EVER for ANYTHING. I do not have an account. I was scammed for $1000-$1200 for both businesses. I am disputing but have wasted days at the bank and on the phone.
ALso saw 2 $17.99 charges back in August I overlooked and 11/30/20 both accounts hit hard - drained them both and ran one way overdrafted with about 30 transactions each for $25 and one for $300. They were eerily the same for both accounts.

Fraud company

Took more than 1,200 dollars out of my business account in one night. They were all small purchases of $10, $20, $25 amounts. I couldn't believe my eyes when I checked my account. FRAUD! Tried calling and they hung up on me. Thankful for my bank for helping me take care of this situation. I have no idea how they got my information. Literally had a panic attack.

Endicia fraudulent charges

I have no idea who this company, Endicia is. I just found 2 charges for $17.99 each on my credit card, dated 10/15/20 and 11/6/20. I have never done business with them and have no idea how they got my credit card information. I have looked them up online and I found reports on other sites dating back to at least 3, 4 months ago for the same thing. What can we do to stop them, who do we report this scam to?!?

Fraudulent Charges against my debit…

Fraudulent Charge against my debit card!!! It costs me time to cancel my card (and pay for shipping me a new card)! And now I have to spend even more time to contest the fraudulent charge! These people need to be arrested and charged! The government should not allow this company to continue this attack on us!

FRAUD ALERT! File a complaint with BBB!

Like so many other victims on this page, I was hit with two credit card charges of $17.99 each time. I had never even heard of these people before the charges popped up; certainly had never done business with them. I filed a complaint with the Los Angeles Better Business Bureau, and encourage others to do the same.

10/29/20 I noticed my business card was charged $1 Endicia, $75 Stamps.com then another $98 Stamps.com. I had to cancel my card and have another one sent out. Now today 11/13/20 around the same exact time 12 am...I see the $1 charge again from Endicia!!! Thank God I checked my account and caught it. Had to immediately lock my card and will contact the bank first thing in the AM AGAIN!!!!

I used Endicia now I’m sorry I did.

I used Endicia for a few months. I changed my website and shopping cart to something that didn’t work with Endicia, so I canceled service. Endicia charged me a deposit and kept taking money out of my card in addition to that. I canceled 9 months ago, haven’t received my deposit back, and they are still trying to charge my expired card monthly. I have talked to multiple customer service people over the months and it never gets fixed. Just don’t do it!

Just had to cancel my business card due…

Just had to cancel my business card due to three fraudulent charges from this company.
First charge of $17.99 was on 10/13/2020
Second charge was for $95(!!!) on 10/19/2020
Third charge was for $17.99 on 11/5/2020

It seems like this scam has gotten more popular recently based on these reviews. No idea where they recieved my card info and I hadn’t used my card at the post office or any companies remotely similar within 30 days.

So weird! But glad BOA was able to get it taken care of for me.

Endicia = FRAUD

Like all other recent reviews on this site, there are fraudulent charges on my credit card. I never heard of them, and when I googled them, I found out it was a business I would never buy from. We don't ship or mail anything, and have no online services. Stay far far away from this company!
