Awful. In so many ways. Their Dazzle software that used to work has so many bugs and they're super slow to fix them if at all. One example: it showed me as having obtained $100 USPS insurance on a shi... See more

Woke up to a $90 charge on my account
Woke up to a $90 charge on my account. I have never had an account with Endicia and not signed up for services with Stamps.com or other partners. Called and they labeled it fraud, but would not reverse the charge. Had to cancel my debit card and all the hassles associated with giving new card number to needed merchants.
Fraud Alert
I have never heard of this company before. I have never used Stamps.com. Today there was a charge for $90 on my credit card from Endicia. I have no idea how they got my number. Be vigilant, people.
Never used or heard of this company…
Never used or heard of this company before today when my bank informed me they have charged my credit card. Had to put one star to make the review but my advice would be to stay well clear!
I just received a charge for 1 dollar…
I just received a charge for 1 dollar from this company I have never even heard of. They’ve had to do some shady stuff to obtain my card info as I rarely use it. It’s a good thing I caught it on time.
I have been using this service since…
I have been using this service since 2008. No real problems until recently. As soon as they sold out to stamps.com the problems began. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They supplied duplicate tracking numbers for numerous parcels costing my hundreds of dollars and I have no way of tracing these shipments. I have has to resend additional product to customers. I called support, they left me on hold for over 55 minutes. Told me they're sure the parcels will be delivered and they would send me an email and follow up on the situation. I have heard nothing and am still being charged a monthly fee for this. No thanks...I'll find something else
The WORST customer support EVER
The WORST customer support i have EVER dealt with. Stay away from this company.
Company uses stolen cc info
Company uses stolen cc info. They charge you one dollar to check the cc first, if you don’t catch it they then begin charging 20, then 50 then 75. Will report to Texas attorney general office for fraud and also make a criminal police report to initiate a federal trade commission complaint and send all info to FBI. As I see I am not the only one that they are doing this to.
This company is terrible
This company is terrible. I had them for several years, but their software integration to ecommerce sites is almost nonexistent for most applications. It took numerous attempts to cancel my account, and even after I received email confirmation of my account being closed I was billed again. If you have a business PayPal account you can ship via that at commercial pricing with no additional fees. If you want to ship via priority mail simply go the the USPS.com website and print labels from there at commercial pricing with no additional fees. I simply don't see the value in paying Endicia approximately $200 per year when you can get the same services for free.
Too bad I cannt put minus 100
Too bad I cannt put minus 100. Saw the charge on my card for 17.99. I HARDLY use this card. Hadn't no clue what this company even do until google it. Have to call bank to stop it right away, before they start charging more for something I never heard off. Scam services.....
Fraudulent charge for $1 on my credit…
Fraudulent charge for $1 on my credit card at 4am....have no idea how they got my credit card information....must be buying it on the dark web. Credit car has been canceled. Thank you Wells Fargo for catching this charge and sending me a message asking if charge was legit.
I was with endicia years before…
I was with endicia years before stamps.com bought them. I used to be with stamps.com, was not a good fit.
looooved DAZZLE. Miss it!!!
stamps.com ruined endicia. I knew they would. On Mondays either I can't log on, or printing labels takes 1 minute vs 5 seconds. I'm assuming stamps.com needs MORE servers to handle the load.
Sometimes some little stupid error code comes up. Have no idea what it is referring to, but often times if I fix the address, it works. Sometimes all I have to do is ship a few other packages, and then back to the problem package, and it works ....
Sometimes, Endicia does NOT update Amazon. So I have to watch that very carefully.
Sometimes, Endicia claims the label was printed, but it was not, so I have to go back to this huge history list, and and reprint. How about just "today's history". Extremely poor design. Endicia needs to spend a week with various clients and see what really needs to be done.
I could keep going on.
The claims of stolen credit cards.....I bet this isn't endicia, but in fact, someone has stolen the cards, and is using it to ship (most likely) stolen product. Endicia needs to vet this more carefully.

Thieves?
Found a charge for $1 from them in my credit card. Have never used them, didn't even know who they were until now. I never even use my card online and they somehow got it. Guessing they're buying people's credit/debit card info from other companies.
Horrible Company
These unethical morons decide to make a random change to their service and change 9.95 just to use their service or use for free and buy their overpriced postage. Mean while I still have money in my account for postage along with several rolls of now useless blank stamps. Here's to idiot CEOs who purposely bankrupt their companies.
Unwanted charges
They charged me $1 today. I've never heard of them before. I think they would have charged me more in future occasions if I hadn't catch this one charge. The Bank told me it was a pre-approved transaction... I didn't know this company before today how could have I approved this?
The very worst customer service
The very worst customer service. Phone hold times of over an hour. Absolutely avoid if you can.
I just got a charge for $50 on my debit…
I just got a charge for $50 on my debit card! These scammers stole my card info and charged me. Luckily shut my card down before any more charges could be made. Screw this company!
3 fraudulent charges from these clowns
3 fraudulent charges from these clowns. Typical step-up charges I didn't notice. First was 20 then 50 then a 75 charge. Reported to capital one and they are investigating, old card cancelled and new card is in the mail. Have no idea where they got a hold of my card info.
Burn in hell. Thanks.
Like many others below, I've never heard of this company yet was charged $50. Hands down a scam operation of some sort. I have no idea how they managed to get information on a debit card I use solely for in-person bank transactions.
fraudulent company steals your money!
