Customer services are a bad joke. Emails go unanswered or responded to with automated responses. Telephone calls are even worse.
Never use this platform, it's only reason for being is to give legitimately to scammers and fraudulent websites.
What I ordered and has been sent does not charge postage or any other charge. I am waiting for item which has been sent but not yet delivered. I think this company has obtained order information and is just trying it on. Scam.
I've had the same scam from this site, as mentioned above by shaddhammer. I will ignore the message if course. Beware!
Clearly a scam
I received an email from this company about a package I never ordered requiring additional payments to deliver and that it was held at a depo. Even with the tracking number it would not tell me what depo, nor did it have my address for delivery but instead fished for information and tried to forward me to an inactive payment page.
