The company canceled my contract after…
The company canceled my contract after providing meter reading by themselfs. They just sent me an invoice for 5 days service ( 15.2-20.2.2006 ) with full amount for gas and electricity which should be the agreed monthly fee + they added cancellation penalty. Total they require 156 EUR
They've created an issue for a client + they dare to penalize me for their own mistake or their technical issue. This is a case for a lawyer.
The company cancelled the contract within 14 reflection days as well.

The customer service is unhelpful
The customer service is unhelpful and avoids explaining the charges despite multiple requests. Their app also doesn’t work properly—the information in the app doesn’t match the invoices, which only adds to the confusion. I do not recommend subscribing to their service.

The app is meant as a guide, it will give you an indication of your usage and costs but it's not 100% comparable with the invoices. This is mostly due to different periods.

I am in contract with Eneco since 2024 and sadly last year i got my yearpayment that i need to pay back 660 euro and i have a studio room 30 m and i paid every month 115 euro and in the time they said that i have used a lot of Gas it cant be cuz i was in hospital from Oktober until end of November so how is possible that i have been using so much gas when no one was in my home !!???? And the costumer service is very very bad you cant talk to any employer just in chat it makes me very angry how is that possible at all so one big company to not have any numbers where we can call or email is so bullshit in my opinion this company need to be closed asap !!!!

Fixed costs
The prices at this company, i.e. the fixed expenses are just horrible nonsense! If i spent 680 euros of warmth only for hot water annually, how can the fixed expenses be 760????? Outrageous and disgusting actually! Also, with the panels they just cheated people! I don't know who decides on that but basically I am not warm and the costs are skyhigh!
