Site is totally wrong ive played in many casinos over thousands of games and never seen such glitchy games in over 10 years. It simply will not bonus on certain games if you play over £1 a game as in legacy of dead played £600 without a bonus (unheard of) i asked the chat if the game was broken just to be asked for my username and instantly had my account blocked. Gambling commision should shut these sites down.

I don't understand this they probably changed something , I used energy about 1 year ago and won somethibg small like 2k euro and closed the account didnt want to play anymore after 1 year i reopened and deposited about 5000 euros . I play on 1 euro bet and think of it i played in a week about 5 k and got about max 10 freespins with no more than 100 euro profit hahaha . Energycasino was not like this they 100% percent changed their strategy i went on a 500 spins without a win over 20 x and no freespins sp they changed something. Conclusion : never play at this casino I think they are now a scam site and I advise you to go to other sktes like bwin.de casino or 888.de their rtp is 100 times better than here .

Never have a problem with them and you can tell a good casino/betting site by the quality of their support. These have great live support.

Opened an account yesterday without any issues, deposited 750 GBP without any issues, hit the jackpot on Temple Tumble 2 and when I wanted to withdraw suddenly they tell me I have another account and my winnings have been cancelled. Never seen such fraudulent behavior. Had to file a complaint to IBAS using Resolver. Advice for gamblers - stay away from Energy, as long as you keep losing, everything seems fine, when you start winning, it's a different story.
