Spencer was the first person I spoke to. He was so knowledgeable, honest & transparent. He spoke my language. I realized what we weren’t getting from our previous “web designers.” He explained where my money was going and how the whole thing comes together. I know Engage is taking care of my mom & me. I love how even if I don’t continue using them(which isn’t going to happen) they won’t take my website from me!!

Natalie has been really helpful to us, we were lost as to what to do when it came to our domain & she was patient & helpful to us. We got it figured out & can't be happier to be working with Engage

They are only decent (at best) if you are actively their customer. If you want to explore other options watch out. First they will hold your site hostage trying to keep you their customer. They will try scare tactics. Then when that doesn't work they will tell you that you need to pay another month for them to transfer the site to the new company. I requested a cancel and transfer 6/30. As of today 8/10 the company I switched to is scrambling trying to fix the mess engage left them. They took my site down, my email is not working, and engage is no help. This is the most shady interaction I have ever had with a website company. 0/5 do not recommend. They do not make great websites, the SEO I paid for didn’t change over the course of the time I worked with them, and when I decided to switch companies to see if there was a difference they were awful to deal with.
