The quality of the blind is sufficient however it was not cut to the exact size I specified and has left a 10mm gap either side of the frame. Normally I would have returned the item however I needed this quickly ready do a rental so have had to make do. I would not use this company again.

The blinds are amazing quality and couldn’t be better, however the dispatch time wasn’t as stated and took abit longer. the wooden cover on the top of the blinds I had to cut down myself as all of them came too big, I would definitely not recommended DHL as a courier they was absolutely awful and in the end after being cancelled on twice I had to collect the blinds myself from the depot but the blinds themselves were great and easy to install and I thought a great price.

Easy to navigate and understand website. Ordering process equally easy and kept informed of both progress and delivery of a made to measure blind of exceptional quality.

Not answering calls tried 15x. 3rd day.

Ordered blinds used measuring guide and asked for a bracket which I picked up to double check measurements. Ordered 8 blinds, was concerned about hitting window handles but blinds cleared handles. Easy to fit nice moulding to cover blinds with mitres already cut. Push together with a clip. Sturdy blinds all line up nicely around bay windows. Seven working days from order to collection.
Would recommend English blinds and Gemma and Mollie great help with ordering and collection.

Been trying to call 20x in the past 2 days no answer no one picking up - we want our order it’s been 3 weeks

Spent £350 ON Vertical blinds , two of which I had to reorder my mistake for 1 set. The others was their manufacturer in Ireland which made the set shorter than what I had selected, I lost money on these, and bought locally for 1 set windows to make sure there were not wrong second time round.
I cannot say the blinds are fantastic, the turning handle to open shut gets locked on the longer blinds.
They are OK are the blinds currently , but I would not return for new orders...

Good product easy to install at a good price

The blinds are very well made, easy to fit and look fantastic. The faux wood blinds are very good value for money against shutter prices. Made to measure so also quick delivery given they are not standard sizes. Will be re ordering .

Supplier sent wrong colour blinds and when notified they didn’t want to know
