Great product-very slow delivery
Great envelopes but GLS is not the fastest company delivering goods when you need them fast.

Dear Mr. Sun,
GLS has a normal delivery-time of 2 working days. When evaluating the history of your parcel via online track & trace, it shows that the first delivery attempt was in fact on time.
However nobody was available to receive and sign for the parcel. Because of that, GLS made a second delivery attempt 1 day later. This attempt resulted in a succesfull delivery.
In case you would re-order these envelopes again, please contact us so we can discuss the possibilities of a quicker delivery.
