They asked me to prove my residence in Canada while I'm on vacations in Mexico. It's a B.S. service. I cancelled the transfer

Use this to send money from Canada to my friend in Cuba, transaction under 500 bucks usually arrive within few hours , bigger amounts could take up to 3 business days. But so far , no issue with their services , client since 2024 , I use them about 10 times so far , so good.

unfortunately their phone number in Toronto is not approchable and they have been asking for video id verification and i did. until now i can not get my wires processed to a friend whom i sent them another wire in Oct of this year.

Not safe to ,use fees too high,over 11%,Taking advantage of poor people.Never use this again.

never again with this company. they put my money in a wallet and I am unable to get it back

I sent my visa # and enviodinero said it is done, then I got an email asking for my passport # before they can send the money. I was not comfortable with giving that info so I asked them to cancel it and they did on the web site. I asked for a refund and they said they tried but there is something wrong with my bank... that my bank won't accept refunds... I called my bank and my bank said it's on them... Enviodinero is not reliable.

I give this a 1 star because zero does not exist. Please, do not use this company, stay away from them.
I sent an emergency money to someone in Cuba since October 10, 2022 and the receiver hasn’t received the ASI card as of today October 27, 2022. They are in Spain, meaning it’s difficult to call them from Canada. I emailed them everyday but they seem they don’t even know what they are doing.
Expensive fees and poor services.

I love using this company Enviodinero es. They are reliable, fast, and money is always delivered. Great customer service. I would recommend this company if you send money to Cuba. Only thing I don’t like is fees for sending money is a bit expensive but compared to other companies it’s not expensive at all.

I have used this company many times with exceptional results. This time the company will not recognize my bank card . No problem with card or bank ???? I have a very good friend that uses this company and she had the same results.

Oh dear. The wife has changed from an AIS card to a bank account in Cuba.

I've been using Enviodinero happily for some years.

They've now hiked their rate to a whopping 17.5% for bank transfers Fonmoney have held their rate at 7.5%. No contest

I don't understand these horror stories. Yes you have to wait until your Cuban recipient gets their AIS card but that's normal. One they've got the card sending money is a piece of cake. Just a few clicks. Secure and easy

I was a bit suspicious at first about the whole identity confirmation procedure.
The video confirmation is most recommended.
There is definitely helpful support available, during weekday business hours.
Give it some time, set your emotions aside for a while, all will be alright.

I tried to verify my account. The process was canceled twice with in 1 week. Only a spanish support.

I have used it in the past to request AIS cards for family members and also to send money and it worked despite the fact that there are big problems of communication between them and the FINCIMEX office, actually FINCIMEX is a mess operational wise, however, we did not agree to do business with FINCIMEX but with enviodinero. So by default they become themselves part of the problem.
Enviodinero used to deliver the funds within 24 hrs and they were proactive and would respond to questions accordingly. My last transaction on Jan 03, is still in process and I have sent several emails to them but no response as of yet. Not sure if they are somehow related to Cuba, but it seems they are working just like Cuba would do, they are lacking professionalism and commitment. AIS card is the worst card there is, there is no way to check balance online or through any application, the only way is to go to one of their offices and line up for hours and maybe , maybe if you are lucky and they are in good humour they would tell you.
If they continue offering this lame service, less clients will use their service including myself

I had an excellent experience sending money to Cuba. My town I live in was not on there list to give my address I contacted them by email within 24hrs I received a reply and my town was added to the list. Sent money to Cuba this morning at 9am received a reply was delivered at 12pm. I live in Canada Thanks for the prompt service.

Avoid this service by all means!
First of all, they will ask you to do some silly things just to prove your identity. Come on, I’m not going to take pictures of my passports and bank transactions and cards just to be able to send 100 pounds abroad, from my money.
And because this identity check took so long and it looked so weird to me I decided to cancel the whole thing and get my money back. Obviously they will not give you back the entire amount. They have like hidden charges maybe, I don’t know. Overall they kept around 10 pounds for nothing. And I think I won’t get that money back ever. So stay away from this. I will make sure I will spread the word.

The services has been down this year so many times and for more than 3 weeks always. Don't use it. Useless.

I really like this service, very useful and fast.

This Company Regularly just take the site and application down with zero notice and zero communication telling me so. The site and Application has not been working now for 2 weeks. I would avoid this company at all costs. Do not use. AVOID.
