Please note that our order processing system is automated. At the time your cancellation request was received, your order had already been dispatched and fulfilled, which meant we were unfortunately unable to cancel it.
If you would still like a refund, you are welcome to return the item to us once it has been delivered. After we receive the returned item, we will be able to process a full refund in accordance with our return policy.

Terrible experience
I ordered 36 size. It was too small. I was later responding as I was out of the country getting cancer treatment.
This isn't the businesses fault, but those are my reasons for delay. I only wanted a size up in each of the pants I ordered 3 pairs.
No can do, I am leaving this bad review as they are meant to be a reputable business. Very bad practice and service i am disgusted with them
The 36 is not a standard 36 size also it runs small as I have Prada , TH , D squared all 36 and fit.
