one item was received a Lonsdor k518 pro
menu functions were missing on the tool
I was informed by the seller incorrectly on the 9th December that these functions were not available
after talking to Lonsdor Tech it was resolved on the 10th December I chased the balance of my order was told it was shipped on the 11th December Tracked my order today found out the seller on the 12th had stopped my order and the goods had been returned Problem with this story i had not been informed that the order had been stopped untill the 17th December No refund etc Very bad customer service and receiving bad info about the Lonsdor k518 pro

Before making my first purchase, they contacted me directly to clarify payment methods and what I was going to buy, and gave me a great welcome discount.
I had issues with the PayPal payment gateway, and they helped me resolve it.
Shipping was almost instant.

This seller is useless. The reader stopped logging in after only 4 months. When i try and contact them they do not respond or exceptionally slow. All the time i am losing money. I would expect more considering i spent nearly £800 with them. Total waste of time and wish i had bought from a UK seller.

Avoid buying anything from this unprofessional clueless seller. They ignore your message and you dont get your item. Need to claim a refund through paypal. Worst people i have dealt with for a long time.

fast service and good technical assistance

The seller advertises that their product can program keys and change milage in the instrument cluster module as well as the car access system. Though this was true for the keys, the ability to change the milage does NOT work. The seller has been very helpful and supportive. However, I was asked to do some soldering work whilst they advertise that their product does not require soldering. Furthermore, they advised me to purchase an additional part for their tool (module 4), and now I find myself with this module, cas module connector and the basic module 4 which have no use for me in order to change the milage.
They are advertising this feature as possible to implement using their tool but this is NOT true. I have full evidence to demonstrate this.

Brilliant company. Very good customer service, all question answered promptly. Never had an issue with any of the products purchased from Eobdtool. Highly recommended.
