Considering 84 reviews, most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Consumers reported that the online courses involved excessively slow assessment marking, confusing questions, and an overall extremely frustrating process. People felt that the platform consumed excessive time and led users to pay extra fees. However, some customers also noted frustrating technical difficulties and website glitches while trying to submit their required work. Reviewers additionally complained about unexpected high costs, hidden charges, and completely unhelpful support teams when seeking assistance. Many individuals ultimately advised future participants to avoid the online option and choose in-person training instead.

RSAT course is a scam

EOT advertises their RSAT course as paying 25AUD to get 2 certificates: the certificate of attendance (which is useless and has no legal value), and the official NSW certificate (the one you legally need). Instead, upon completing the online training, you only get the certificate of attendance and are simply provided with a link to the official NSW RSAT assessment, for which you need to pay the full 18AUD to get the final certificate.
Do not use EOT (total cost: 25+18=44 AUD), just use NSW RSAT course and assessment (total cost: 28AUD).
I wrote to the support service, they refused to reimburse the difference.

Hi,

We would like to clarify how the NSW RSAT course works.

The NSW Government allows approved training providers to deliver the NSW RSAT Training and recognises this training. Our certificate is evidence of having completed that required training section before learners can apply for the assessment externally. Only the NSW Government can deliver the final assessment portion to certify learners & we advise learners of this before they start or pay.

Marking took much longer than one day

Marking took much longer than one day for interview task. Don't buy from here, slow customer support and you must pay extra for better, faster service...go literally anywhere else to do your white card or RSA, especially if you don't want to wait a week or more to complete certification, even though other sites a little more expensive its worth it.

Keep out

Please stay away from this company.
Don't wast your time and money.
They take a long time to assess you and you have to email and call.
Not worth it.
Just try another one.
You might lose work waiting for the certificate with eot.

Beware before you buy

Beware before you buy. If you look around on the website, you'll notice that there is no phone number to call. You can google and try social media too - there is no way to contact them. At best, send a message via the 'raise a support ticket' and you get a reply saying that it takes one business day for them to respond. They provide the (white card WA) training online, you have to pay once this has been completed. But then there are assessments to upload, the video upload functionality is hit and miss, you have to repeat this several times. Then they take their time (over 3 business days) to check each assessment. The ACCC (Australian consumer protection) is taking them to court for false advertising. This is definitely not SAME DAY white card. It's been 10 days and we are still not sure whether a white card will be issued.

White card online..

White card online... 3 weeks later if your lucky...
They reel you in saying pay at the end.. after the first section of questions you have to pay.

Then each new section takes 3 days to review with
8 sections in total.

There is an option where you can pay to have it reviewed quicker.

If you can do it in person do it
if you need to do it online do it somewhere else

Very disappointed in this company

Very disappointed in this company. The assessors use condescending attitudes and rude unsavoury behaviour. They add further questions that were not included hence a recipe to fail or having to continue beyond budget. I went to another provider who were fantastic and I am a qualified trainer and teacher so I am very much alert to issues in education and training

Waste of time and money

Tried to submit assessments through both my mobile device and my laptop, and both times there were "technical issues". Then they wanted another $30 to extend my course! Very difficult to find any contact details too, with every email from them being a "do not reply". Would not recommend, at least for White Card.

Just a little feedback as an observer…

Just a little feedback as an observer who has came across a few phone calls and would like to give a little review regarding communication skills. I understand you guys have to deal with a lot of "customers" and at times can't really be bothered helping. As you might know yourself, being a newcomer in this country, with little english ,can be overwhelming. Assessors are there to help their students the best way they can to have them succeed. Having a condescending and cold tone when talking to them isn't really a good attribute to have as an assessor. You might look at improving your communication skills or a career change might be needed. Just something to think about guys, it's not about just taking the money from people, it's giving them a chance to enter the work force.
Kind Regards

DO NOT WASTE your time

DO NOT WASTE your time - incorrect advertising you will not obtain your RSA certificate in one day. the process is drawn out an time wasting. Best to go in person at another training provider and obtain your cert. its been over 7 days and i am still going through the process to obtain my cert. However, if you urgently need your certicate there is a fee you can pay!!!! no thanks

Great value RSA online through EOT

I did my RSA online through EOT. It was very cheap using their 10% off competitor price feature. I did the online questions which took a while. It then takes you to the pay screen but you don't have to pay until you have done the additional video questions. I lodged these on a Thursday and had a positive assessment the next Monday morning. I then paid with After Pay to avoid the credit card fee and got my certificate a few minutes later. I was slightly worried after reading some reviews, but if you read what they tell you and follow their instructions, it is all good. Also simply don't pay until all the items have been assessed. They don't require you to pay before that.

Funny how poor it was

Image was to pixelated to determine what was wrong in the photo. Had to download the image, reverse google search it to find a clearer one online. I know this wasn't just my computer system as I seen it on other accounts. Terrible at teaching you, slow to get back. Requires you to purchase your own PPE, would totally reccomened doing it in person somewhere else

SCAM, TO FLEE

I am French and I will never recommend this company. ANY FOREIGNER MUST FLEE THIS TRAINING PLATFORM. Take it in person, it will only take you 2 hours and you will have it straight away. Online, they refuse the answers for a simple problem of accent, I called directly to answer by phone because I had the answers and they completely blocked my account then canceled because for them I was not pretty good in English. This is unacceptable for one question out of 345. Already, the training is particularly long, lots of useless questions, plus they take 5 days to validate your answers to ask you to start again. DON'T FALL INTO THE TRAP, SCAM

Rude staff when you ring

Rude staff when you ring, submitted a whole lot of recorded answer and it took them 3 days to message that they couldn’t hear it for technical reasons, so rang again for clarification and again rude, I’d rather have my money back, very sneaky how they take it before completion. Will never refer this company. Would be helpful if when you record your answer you could listen then send , but No they leave it for days and then type to re do complete rubbish.

Not Impressed

Doing the RSA course. Money got taken out of account straight away. Tried submitting the videos for an RSA twice but none of them would load completely, and no review options to see if they did get recorded. Tried ringing to talk to someone and all my calls got cut off as soon as they were auto answered. Very poor and very unimpressed. Considering reporting it as a scam and having to go to another company.

The ACCC is taking EOT to court, so no need to comment on that part of the course. I cant post a link in this review, so google it. As well as this, its anything less than express. If I wasnt so trusting, I would think that they drag the whole online process out as long as possible to try to get you to pay the extra $120 "express marking service". Submit your answers, wait 4 days to be marked. "fail" some questions (even though I read the answers out off their own course), resubmit, wait another 4 days. "fail" another 2 questions - at this point I had been told by another student that the next delaying tactic would be for them to say your video recording was inaudible. So I recorded both questions on the same day, with the same computer gear. I submitted 1 answer 1st & the following the next day. 4 days later, The first answer was accepted & sure enough the day after that, the second one was "inaudible". Hows that for a Gotchya? Just be prepared for an express course to be dragged out over 3 weeks, unless you pay the extra $120 fee.

Frustrating and not express

I was looking for a fast service to provide RSA for a job I was starting the following week. While it was convenient to complete the sections at home, I was incredibly frustrated by the video submission section.

Not only is it revealed you have to complete this section AFTER completing the multiple choice and paying for the course before you receive your RSA, the marking was super inconsistent, borderline incompetent.

While some feedback was valid and appreciated, I am now sure that every new submission was marked by a different assessor with a different idea of a 'right' answer. I received contrary feedback on 1 question I had to resubmit 3 SEPERATE TIMES and then wait 2 days every time to see if that was correct. When I rang the help line (number not listed ANYWHERE on the site - red flag!) and was given another number to speak to an assessor (who was the only good part of the whole experience - very helpful), she basically told me after listening to my 'wrong' answers that they were fine and she wasn't sure why they had been marked wrong.

So even after giving myself a week to get the accreditation it took into the next week to receive, long after it was due for my job.
