Legal Trouble for this Company
So I recently won a legal case against this company (decision number 8989/2022 in the Court of Thessaloniki in case you want to read the full decision). I agreed a price with this company for an international transport, but once they loaded my belongings, they transported them in their warehouses instead of the agreed destination and began to ask for substantive amounts of money for them to give it back, that at same stage reached thousands of euros. As the court said, the sums that they were asking were baseless, unjustified and without any logical foundation. They kept my belongings for almost a year, despite or because they knew -as the Court said- that I was in urgent need to access my belongings. The company returned the objects only when they were forced to do so by the Court, while the Company proceeded to go online and insult me repeatedly. In total I paid tens of thousands of euros in civil and penal lawsuits and I would not recommend using them. In their google reviews I have seen a lot of complaints about lost objects, demands for additional pay and rude behaviour. Although I cannot corroborate these reviews they are consistent with my experience.
