Excellent customer service bought some joggers in November for my son only wore a few times and the toggle snapped, must have just been a faulty pair as always had good quality items from Episodeproject, contacted customer service and sorted out very quickly replacing the item. Brilliant service from Ava.
I bought oversized joggers for my grandson for xmas. The quality was great. Had an issue with an ankle strap so emailed Episodes. Instant reply and asked if I could send photo of the problem. Photo sent and within 24hrs had a msg back to say they had already dispatched a new pair and no need to return the faulty ones. Excellent customer service, will definitely buy from them again and recommend them.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Sent some joggers back which had been tried on for size only and would not refund as they stated "item shows signs of wear, scent, or missing tags and is not in its original condition" which is a complete load of rubbish. Complete scam so they don't have to refund.
