January 2025 we contacted this company to do an air freight expedited service for importing piece of heavy equipment. Aaron Smith has done nothing but give us lies passing the buck on other people and then using his as an excuse called the company of record that he works for, and a manager said not my problem and was not even aware who Aaron Smith is, absolutely the worst horrible terrible illegal unprofessional we’ve ever dealt with 20 years. Do yourself a favor stay away.

Bad service totally , the driver just let my mom take the heavy item and didn’t try to help!!!!!

Bad services,vey hard to reply n answer WhatsApp n call, not properly plan for delivery. Almost two to three weeks not arrange yet for delivery to destination. Totally out..

Been ordering and shipping both large and small items from China for more than 5 years and it's the first time I've encountered a local logistic company that's this terrible. Extremely poor management and customer service. The lack of accountability is a huge red flag to avoid this logistic. No one in this company is willing to take responsibility, always shifting the blame and responsibility to the next person (warehouse staff, planner, driver, etc), so when you contact them they will just tell you they don't know anything and can't do anything. Either they have no one in charge or the person in charge suck tremendously at leadership.

This company hire the worst drivers. I almost got plowed into by one of their trucks (license plate # PPJ 3289) a few days ago and I tried to inform them, but I guess their management's attitude is the same as their drivers'. I suggest potential clients to avoid this company, as they may end up in a lawsuit and I don't think they want any accidents on their consciences.
