Service From Hell
Nice location, but the service and communication is completely crazy.
I book an apartment through booking.com, at the company erApartments with the special request for aircon in the apartment. I could fast feel on arrival, that the aircon was not working correctly. I contacted erApartments and asked for a quick repair of the aircon, but they could not get anyone to fix it, before I was checked out. They offered me a new apartment some where else, but I had a short stay, and I had my dog with me, so it was not a good option for me. I suggested that they then gave me a small discount on 300 zl (I paid more than 1.900 zl for the stay), but they refused even though I have this right through the EU consumer legislation. Due to the lack of discount, as I offered as a solution, and in violating with my rights as a consumer, I told them, that I had no other choice than to contact the police. Then they startede by telling me, that they also would involve the police, and refered to sektions in the Polish criminal law, which did not have anything to do with the case/problem.
After this experience with this companys 'professionel" behavior, I can not recomend that you use it. If you dont have any problems during your stay, everything is fine. If you need there help, you are in serious problem. As I wrote: Service From Hell
